Great 2 hour excursion! - Beautiful 2-hour ride on the Douro with a beautiful view of Porto, Ribeira and the bridge. You have to take a jacket because it can be cool. Thank you to the 2 speakers who are very kind and friendly. We were treated to 2 glasses of port gin as well as a tasting of the cherry liqueur from there.

2 Hours of Blissful Cruising on the Douro - The best 2 hours of our 3 days in Porto was on board the Douro Captain. We did have the benefit of perfect weather, but still, the experience was amazing. The Captain and crew are highly experienced and provided just enough dialogue along the trip, but seemed to know exactly when to let us just enjoy the sail. The boat has a maximum of 8 passengers with plenty of room to stretch out on the bow, or comfortably sit in the cockpit (to get the Captain's brief, but interesting history and architectural overview). Even the music on board was great. We highly recommend plan to join this crew again on our next trip to Porto.

Best tour of Porto - The experience was incredible, the view is wonderful and the people who prepare the tour are very loving and kind, sharing the tour, the drinks, everything was very good.

An experience that stays close to your heart ❤️ - It was indescribable!! Only living it can you understand what you feel: the beauty of the landscape, the comfort of the sailboat, the involvement of the team... Excellent! Without a doubt to repeat!

The best boat tour on the Douro River!!! - We were so blessed with the weather, it being the end of January, for the most wonderful trip down The Duoro River. Our Captain Ricardo and skipper Karina were so welcoming and attentive throughout the trip with refreshing glasses of Porto Tonic, snacks and a glass of Tawny port as we came back in to the marina. It was interesting to learn more of the history of Porto and Gaia and get to know Ricardo and Karina. It was like spending time with friends and we will certainly be back to visit in the future.

Fab. Highly recommend this trip. - What a wonderful experience. Karina and Claudio were fabulous - they pampered us with drinks, blankets, chat and facts about Porto. We were very lucky as we had the boat to ourselves so it was very special. The weather was unbelievably good for November which added to the experience.

Amazing and Peaceful Sailing - The sail boat was lovely, the captain/guide was very knowledgeable and had tons of great local recommendations. We were able to sail out to the open ocean at the end of the trip, and it was so peaceful and beautiful! Blankets, a snack, and a local welcome drink, as well as a taste of port wine were included.

Wonderful views from the water! - Weather did not cooperate but our captain and staff over the top! Fantastic experience and they recommended a fabulous dinner place in walking distance from Marina Casa do pescador which was amazing!!!
