Luxury and humanist culinary world wealth - Discovered by chance, a pure marvel, very interesting, I learned a lot of things and reminded me of certain memories spent in the kitchen in my grandmother's vegetable garden 😉 ❤️. You have to take the audio guide which is complementary to the visit and the film was very well done!!! Thank you to the volunteers for allowing us to see these wonders💐and to rediscover a great humanist!

A must see - A visit which immerses us in ancestral cuisines and which makes us discover, through the unique life of ESCOFFIER, what we call Culinary Art. The video documentary immerses us in the difficult world of kitchen assistants and makes us discover all the involvement and inventions of Maître Escoffier. A must see. Seeing the different "Pantagruelic" menus from the beginning of the century, one wonders how one could eat so much during the meal.... Today, we are at “starter/main course” or main course/dessert”!!!! I wish you a good visit.

A must-see museum: a detour to make for a visit! - A must-see museum for lovers of gastronomy and its history This is the third time we've been there and we still have a great time! The life of Auguste Escoffier was very full of passion for his art (because he raised cuisine to this rank) and humanity at the same time. The rooms are varied and the objects on display are full of charm, the quality of their manufacture and use is a delight for the eyes. The floor of chocolate or sugar sculptures is worth the detour alone, as well as the incredible menus! Our grandson who works in a three-star hotel was delighted! Thank you for bringing the work of the great Escoffier to life!

A charming little museum - A small museum which clearly traces the work and culinary art of the great chef Escoffier: there are multiple objects retracing the cuisine of yesteryear, particularly Provençal cuisine, with a dedicated room. The explanations are moderately emphasized, they can be easily missed. Which is a shame !
