Next stop, we visit Thich Quang Duc memorial and learn the story about a monk who set himself on fire to protest the persecution of Buddhists in Vietnam.
Then we drive to Nguyen Thien Thuat - the oldest apartment in Saigon. Climb up to the buildings and see the contrasting architecture between the modern and the traditional. We also visit a pagoda which was built inside an old apartment.
Drive to Dist 10 to enjoy the No.1 street food in Vietnam – Banh My.
The last stop is Flan Cake for dessert in Dist 4.

During the excursion, you’ll motor through 5 diverse neighborhoods and sample a selection of the 10 finest original street cuisines, beverages, and sweet treats Saigon has to offer.
We begin our gastronomical exploration at our first stop with PHO or Beef Noodle Soup, Vietnam’s most celebrated dish, accompanied by Jasmine Tea, in District 3.
Our second stop takes us to District 10’s prominent flower market, where we treat ourselves to the renowned ‘Saigon Pizza’.
Our journey then leads us to a vibrant, bustling street food market where we taste handpicked local favorites.
We make a brief historical detour to pay tribute at the Thich Quang Duc memorial, the site that commemorates a Buddhist monk’s self-immolation as an act of protest against religious persecution. Here we refresh ourselves with a freshly squeezed, chilled sugar cane drink.
Our exploration continues as we head to Nguyen Thien Thuat, graced by Saigon’s oldest apartment complex. Ascend the building to witness the architectural juxtaposition between contemporary and conventional designs. An old flat even houses a Pagoda for us to explore.
Our travels take us next to District 10 to savor Vietnam’s top street cuisine - Banh My.
Lastly, our culinary adventure winds up with a decadent Flan Cake dessert in District 4.
