The walk is not too long or difficult, and actually strikes the perfect balance since we also had plenty of time to relax in the jungle. The walk itself is very beautiful, crossing different types of landscapes and forests in turn, but the most interesting in my opinion remains the camping in the jungle itself, the opportunity to sleep under the stars ( but protected from the rain, rest assured), to enjoy the river and the forest, and to relax. Brief but refreshing experience. The guide, Timo, who speaks several languages (to my knowledge at least French, English, Vietnamese, Finnish, Spanish...) is extremely friendly and patient. Also note that Timo is most accommodating; for example, he let us shower at his place and enjoy his garden at the end of the trek, as we were taking a bus that same evening and no longer had a hotel. I have participated in several treks in Southeast Asia and must admit that I have never had such a warm guide. In short, a short stay that goes a little off the beaten track of tourism usually practiced in this part of Vietnam. I can only recommend making this detour to Vinh Hy, especially since this village itself is very pleasant and perfect for a relaxing stay in relative proximity to Ho Chi Minh City or Nha Trang. A quick summarize in English: this trek in the jungle is a very interesting and relaxing experience that's worth going to Vinh Hy. The walk through the forest is beautiful, the most interesting part in my opinion being the time you get to enjoy the peaceful life at the campsite in the heart of the jungle. Timo, the guide, speaks many languages and is as warm as helpful. Would recommend wihout a single hesitation.

The national park where we spent one night was a true paradise for lovers of adventure and nature. We started and ended the trip in a unique restaurant, which is built on several large boulders, with a wonderful view of the entire bay. The food here was really great. The first impression upon arrival in the jungle overwhelmed us with its lush green landscape and diverse flora and fauna. We walked through dense vegetation and crossed a picturesque stream with a pool, where we could refresh ourselves and refresh ourselves. The camping location in the heart of the jungle next to the stream was also idyllic, as we were able to enjoy the sounds of nature and the peace that being away from the daily hustle and bustle offers. Sleeping in the hammocks was a truly special experience. The feeling of floating among the trees is indescribable, and spending the night in the jungle brought a genuine connection with the surroundings. The local guides, with their knowledge and experience, made us feel safe and comfortable while we explored the hidden corners of this beautiful natural environment. One of the highlights of the trip was a meal prepared for us over an open fire. We tasted local dishes that took us to the culinary experience of the Vietnamese countryside. During the evening gathering by the fire, we shared stories and experiences, which further increased the magic of the moment. The hike to the viewpoint was another memorable part of the trip. When we reached the top, we were stunned by the beautiful view of an endless green sea of trees stretching into the distance. The view of the jungle from a height revealed to us its true extent and beauty. I would recommend a full trip to the Vietnamese jungle to anyone who wants a real adventure and experience in nature. We experienced priceless moments that will stay with us forever, and we felt an appreciation for the magic of the wild nature that surrounds us.
