- You must provide your own carseat/booster seat for infants and small children. Texas Department of Transportation law requires that all children younger than 8 years old, unless taller than 4 feet 9 inches, be secured in a child safety seat whenever they ride in a vehicle. Older children who have outgrown a booster seat must be buckled with a seat belt.

Meet in the former Harp Design shop, 808 N 15th St. There is free parking in the parking lot or on the street. Please be there at least 20 minutes early and come inside to check in, no need to wait in your car as we have a nice and comfortable waiting space.

Girl Trip "making us stronger" - this was a girl trip for me and my daughters. We love to watch the Fixer Upper and enjoyed seeing in person the great story of Chip and Jo. Getting to visit inside one of the homes was great! They truly are talented and have a beautiful story to tell. Enjoyed the tour with a very knowledgeable and friendly tour guide .

Fixer Upper Fans - The tour guide made the trip so exciting. Meeting Jimmy Don was wonderful, such a nice person and he signs anything you buy. It’s exciting to experience Waco in this manner or you would not be able to see everything.
