Incredible memories from a once in a lifetime experience! - After a night spent under the stars in Wadi Rum, we couldn’t have found a better way to see the sunrise than our first time in a hot air balloon! Out of this world experience and our pilot Furkan made the trip safe, fun and exciting. Would recommend time and time again to anyone visiting the desert. Breathtaking views and memories that will last forever.

A dream - An experience that to define incredible is an understatement. We booked through our tented camp, Rum Stars Camp, and all travel was organized by them. For the dawn flight we leave at 3:00 am from the camp and, after a good hour of travel (desert, road, desert) we arrive at the take-off point and also witness the preparation and inflation of the hot air balloon. Furthermore, upon arrival at the take-off point, there is also a small breakfast with tea, coffee and biscuits. Every single detail is carefully organized, everyone is very attentive and professional and safety is always put first. Cesar Perez, our driver, was very good, he explained everything to us in detail and was super kind and helpful in answering questions and requests. The landing also went smoothly and was then celebrated with a fruit juice offered by the company. For a fee you can also have the video of the flight, recorded with Insta360. It couldn't have been better than this.

Absolulety amazing experience with Furkan! Go do it! - We took a flight on the hot air balloon over Xmas holidays in December 2023. It was our first hot air balloon and we had been thinking of doing it in several parts of the globe but eventually decided that Wadi Rum was too wonderful a place to miss doing it! Now I don't write a lot of reviews, in fact quite rarely, but have to write this one to share how wonderful the experience was. Furkan Guney was our pilot from Turkey that day and he was excellent. He was professional, safe, smart, and very friendly. He also offered us to buy the video of the flight for USD25 which we did and it was well worth the money. Furkan - keep flying safely my friend and showing travelers like us the world from way up high in a balloon, a site we will always cherish and it will be a special, special memory for us.

Amazing experience in Wadi Rum with a reliable pilot (Farken) - This was my third balloon experience (the first two times in Cappadocia always with Royal balloon). Fantastic experience, different from the others as the landscapes are very different from those seen in Turkey. The pilot Farken was very competent and reliable. This is an experience highly recommended if you are in Wadi Rum.

Magical sunrise - Magical and cathartic moment. Indispensable. Furkan, a reliable and fun driver. An early awakening absolutely rewarded by the beauty of the flight.

Once in a Lifetime Experience - We enjoyed our sunrise hot air balloon experience with our pilot Furkon. Furkon directed the balloon so that everyone could have 365-degree views. He had a camera that took photos and videos so we could enjoy the experience and had the option of purchasing the photos and videos, which captured us and the views. Highly recommend for couples and families with older children (that can get up early and are tall enough to stand and see over the top of the hot air balloon basket). A wonderful tour!

Unforgettable Experience! - It was a very nice experience, Furkan and his team made a great Job. 100% recommendation! We were the Second group at this day, so we Had to wait a little bit, Bit IT was No Problem. The sun was a little bit Higher, so there was a great light to See everything.

Best experience ever!!!! - Hands down the best experience of my life!!! Definitely would recommend this activity in Wadi Rum to anyone and everyone. The views were breathtaking and Pilot Furkan was so kind. My husband and I had the most memorable time and we hope to come back in the future. 10/10!

No SHOW - Disappointing, had booked for a trip on April 10th, was told in an email I had the booking and everything was all set. I waited for the email for pick up details, called and emailed- received nothing. They did not come and pick me up. They still have not replied with any type of reason of why they did not show. Please do not tell people they are all set, they book their hotels around this balloon flight and then no communication. Disappointing! Pick a different company. Balloons over Rum!!!

Horrible experience don’t book with them - They cancelled the booking the day before and then contacted me on WhatsApp asking for 60 euros more. Very disrespectful of tourists. I had a way better experience with the rival company Baloons over Rum.
