Our tour starts off with a scenic drive as you soak up the sights of our magical island, from galleries, shops, restaurants, vines and golden sand beaches. Your local tour guide will share stories about Waiheke, our discovery of wine and olives, our celebrities “world famous on Waiheke” of course and our little visitors (Godwits) who have chosen Waiheke as part of their international stop over.
Includes visiting three boutique vineyards for wine tastings (10-15 wines tasted)
Lunch stop at one of our vineyards or beach side restaurant (cost for lunch not included)

Best Wine Tour!!! - Nydia went above and beyond to make this an amazing and memorable experience. Every step was extremely thoughtful and personalized. This was a trip we won’t soon forget, highly recommend!!!

Excellent tour - Wineries were beautiful and Heidi was an amazing guide! I wanted to stay on the island a little longer after the tour and asked if she could drop me off back up the hill. Not only did she do that, but stuck around and brought me back down to the ferry. Had such a good day and drank some great wine!

Unmissable tour - FANTASTIC!
the place is beautiful! Our guide was super friendly, gave excellent tips, and made the day very enjoyable!
The wineries are excellent with great wines and olive oil!

Very cute tour - Michael did a great job. Very good driver in winding roads. Wineries were great. The views were stunning. Would suggest paying extra for the reserved ferry back as we missed the one we intended for. Ferry ride was great and smooth on the way there.

Deep passion for the island and its community - Heidi took our group, along with her sister leading a second van, on a wine tasting and lunch excursion. Their love of the island and deep personal knowledge made this trip a highlight. This was one mere drive from vineyard to vineyard. We heard stories, learned about life on the island, and gained insights into the wines and grape growing on the island. I highly recommend this tour operator.

Best day trip - Travelling solo I always get nervous doing group tours as sometimes I can feel left out but the tour guide Heidi made me feel welcomed right away . She was really knowledgeable about the island giving us lots of information . We stopped at 3 vineyards which each included wine tasting and we ended up having 11 tasting throughout the day . We then had the choice to have lunch at another vineyard (which I would recommend as the food and the view was incredible !) or you can be dropped off in Oneroa and find someone else .i really recommend this company , yes the price of lunch is not included BUT if you add the cost of lunch to the cheap day trip then it is the same price as the other tours with you having more choice over what you want to eat . I would recommend whether you’re a solo traveller , couple or as a group .

Waiheke wine tasting - Michael was a very good guide, very friendly, he shared his knowledge with us about wines and the island.
And I was in good company with the 5 other members of the group.
An enriching experience of discovering the excellent wines of Waiheke and passionate winegrowers.

Wineries of Waiheke Island - The beauty and flavors of the island. Three wineries and a stop for lunch which was not included in price. The food was very good. I enjoyed the views of Mudbrick vineyards but didn’t like the presentation or being in the greenhouse since there are no place to sit. The 2nd winery was Stonyridge and loved the presentation under the olive trees! The 3rd winery, Postage Stamp, was rushed since we were short on time but was nice. All in all, it was a lovely day.

Great driver and guide. Lovely wineries. Had a blast! - Had a fantastic time. Our driver and guide, Heidi, was bubbly, fun and full of information.
Also enjoyed the company of an Auklander out for the day with his 2 daughters. They were a riot! Obviously out for a good time!!
The three wineries visited covered the range from a newer winery just getting established, to a long established one with outstanding premises and views for miles across the island. At each we were greeted by a wine expert who provided guided tastings and details of the winery's history.
Had a truly great day!

Excellent wine tour! - Michael our guide was very friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. He took us to some superb vineyards that we would never have discovered. We thoroughly enjoyed our time and would definitely do another wine tour with this company. Recommended.
