Wonderful Guides - We only had a couple of days in Bangkok and did the Essential China Town Walk. It was great we never would have navigated our way around. Guides were so friendly and kind we had a great afternoon. Highly recommend it, bring your camera. If we had more time we would have taken more tours with SiamRise Travel.

Very local experience - The meeting spot of a pink store belongs to a chain. Make sure you go to the store in the instructions. The guide waited for me outside. My tour turned from a group to a private because I was the only customer. This had pluses and minuses: I craved company yet you cannot beat private walk experience. Bow (my guide) and I took a local bus to Chinatown, which was an adventure in itself. Bow showed me some very local spots and introduced me to some local business owners and told local folklore. No big touristy company would give you such local flavor and take you to hidden gems and secret doors you'd otherwise pass by. Bow even sent me a picture of me in her follow up message. So sweet. I was only in Bangkok for a full day, so I told Bow that I'd rather take an Essential Bangkok tour to see how Thai people leave, but this was the only tour available during my short stay. I hope to go back one day for a longer visit of slow travel across South East Asia.

Amazing walking tour - When you book a walking tour, the big bet is always related to the person who make the guy: Ms. Bow has been AMAZING! We went around Chinatown, we talked a lot, she explain us cool things and we tried some delicious drinks. (We just received the photos she made for us today) Great experience!!!

fun and informational - Easy way to learn much about the Chinatown. So much to see there, so that's why it's nice to have a good guide. They so you around and tell fun stuff. The guides were good, sometimes bit hard to understand because of the language, but still I would recommend doing this. The guides were young, but knew enough about the area, and were really doing everything they could, to make to tour the best. Thank you!

An Informative Introduction to Chinatown - I went on this walk in a group of 7 people with Bow and her 2 team members. This tour is not actually free, as there is a very small 150 THB fee to cover the public bus, a beverage in Chinatown and to support some villages. The tour is still tip funded. It was really fascinating the see Yaworat road and all of these places I had head about. Chinatown itself would take ages to explore, and this tour just scratches the surface, stopping in a few temples, market locations and a museum. The tour started at 13:00 and ended around 15:15. Bow had her friends had some good explanations about the history of various places and information on the temples. I think the team's English was somewhat limited but I could still mostly understand them.
