A Wonderful Morning in D.C. - We absolutely loved this tour! I had never been inside the Library of Congress and while The Capital is impressive The Library was the highlight. Also, having a knowledgeable, experienced professional guide really added to the experience.

Great tour with great guides ! - First of all - there was an incident (are at meeting point was cleared by the police), that disruption was dealt with professionally. The tour through the Capitol was great, and the one through the Library of Congress even better and gave a great overview. We stayed afterwards in the Library and visited the 2 exhibitions which were recommended by our guide - a great recommendation and well worth the time.

Excellent - Great tour guide with a wealth of information. Well worth it! We enjoyed the detailed tour instead of us just walking around on our own.

Charging for a tour that is half based on a free Capitol Hill tour - The guide was very knowledgeable and easy to hear. I struggled to find the tour because the instructions received were not entirely correct. In front of the Supreme Court should have read ‘on opposite side of road’. The instructions also said ‘look for someone carrying sign’. No sign but the guide had a T-shirt with the emblem on it. Somewhat more than 50% of the tour was a free tour of Capitol Hill provided by federal tour guides - during this time our guide just followed us. The guide did provide some useful info on the Congress Library but overall the price of this tour isn’t justified.

Disappointing - Tourist beware! Save your money. The tour guide did not show up and ruined our day since we were only there for one day. We ended up waiting and the other locations closed at 3pm which made us miss out even more. Then Viator would not refund us and am having to argue with them about it. Highly disappointed.

Capitol Hill walking tour - If I could give this company Viator and signature Tours of DC a zero I would. This is the worst tour ever and avoid it at all cost. Disappointed, disorganized and they operate from the Philippines. They charged me for a tour that never happened. Horrible experience.
