Joe is excellent, lack of restroom access no so. - Joe - our guide - was amazing. He was patient, knowledgeable and caring to ensure our safety. The eBikes are worth it as DC can be a humid mess (and it was). Bring water or Gatorade but beware that unfortunately for a full 3 hrs, there will very few chances to find/use restrooms.

Amazing Tour!! - Loved this bike tour!! We stopped at amazing monuments and the tour guide was very informative but brief and let us explore ourselves and did not talk forever which was great. The bikes were clean and worked great! We did the night tour and there were flashlights on the bike. If you are in DC definitely do this!

Suggest having a backup plan for rain - On days that reserved tours will most likely be impacted by rain, an idea would be to offer an inexpensive rain poncho to riders that can then be returned. There should be a firm plan in place when tours encounter inclement weather and there was none—no option for partial refund, no pick up sight, etc. Instead riders were told to ride back alone.
