Highlights
- Godfrey Tours - Godfrey Tours will pick you up at your ship or hotel at and take you shopping in downtown Charlotte Amalie. Once done with shopping, you can board again for a scenic two hour sightseeing tour of the island. Our tour will take you to the Mafolie Hotel to overlook the Bluebeard and Blackbeard’s pirate castles, then up to the highest point, the mountain top where you will find the famous rum daiquiri. We’ll continue the tour and enjoy the view of Hassel island, Water Island, and the island of St. Croix along the way. We’ll continue to Sir Francis Drake seat, (the British pirate) overlooking Magens Bay.
Once we get to the beach area, you can select the beach of your choice (Megan’s Bay, Coki Beach or Sapphire Beach) and enjoy for another two hours after which we will take you back to your ship on time. Beach entrance fee is NOT included in package price.
- Mountain Top - Shopping Mall where you find the world’s famous Banana Diaquiri.
- Bluebeard’s Hill - We stop and overlook Bluebeard’s and Blackbeard’s Castle.
- Drake’s Seat - We stop and overlook Megan’s Bay and the Atlantic Ocean.

Additional Information
- If your ship is late or delayed and you have an early tour, don’t panic! We will wait and give you reasonable and sufficient time to get off the ship so that you can still enjoy your tour. Remember to keep our number handy just in case you need to reach us in case of a delay or very early arrival.
- You should bring along the following items: bathing suit, towel, sunscreen, and cash for lunch, drinks and souvenirs. Drinks on the tour bus are complimentary.
- All children three (3) years and under accompanied by a paying adult are free on our tours. Adults and children four (4) years and older are full price.
- While shopping or at the beach, your items will be secured in the front cab of the tour bus.
- If Shopping is part of your tour, once you’re finished, we meet at the Liberty Bell in Emancipation Park. Shops close at 1:00 PM on Sundays.
- Coki Beach and Sapphire Beaches are free but Magens Bay has an entrance fee of $7.00 per person.
- Your Tour Package does not include the beach entrance fee, Coral World entrance fee or any other activity.
- Free drinks are provided on the tour buses all day for our passengers.

Worth it - Godfrey tours was very good and informative. He even provided a snack & drinks. Definitely recommend. I would have done the first day visiting to get the background knowledge of the island and islands.

The tour was informative,... - The tour was informative, yet fun. I’m not a HUGE shopper, but I still enjoyed the places we stopped at to purchase souvenirs, jewelry, makeup and more. We had a choice of which beach to go to. I chose Coki beach and did not regret it. It was a free, smaller beach but completely worth it! I highly recommend this excursion.

A great tour - Loved this tour’s flexibility. Godfrey asked what time we wanted to start. He picked us up promptly at the pick up location. We shopped while he picked up more guests from the cruise ship. He did not overcrowd us as I saw on other tour group vehicles. It was a wonderful quick overview of St Thomas. The fact that we had time to shop in Charlotte Amalie and 2 hours at the beach of our choice (we chose Sapphire and we recommend it) was great. Godfrey provided water, sodas, and snacks which was greatly appreciated. I would recommend this as a first tour of the island. We returned to some of the places to shop and dine on later days by taxi.

Godfrey tours. Book IT! - Godfrey tours, yes book it!
First of all, the most affordable tour which was a plus. Godfrey was able to take us to some beautiful places in St. Thomas. We did some shopping, visited the Mountain top, drake's overlook, and had options to the most beautiful beaches like Magens bay. He provides some light snacks and water which was great & thoughtful, but definitely feel free to bring what you need on the trip.
Godfrey gave us so much history about the island which was a plus. Very informative and kind. I would recommend anyone to book with Godfrey tours. It takes up half the day which works out as well. You can get back to your place, reset, and enjoy the night. Thank you Godfrey!

Awesome Experience - Godfrey was an awesome tour guide. He explained everything in-depth and was very knowledgeable about the history of the Virgin Island and appears to love his job. Great experience touring with Godfrey.

Best Island Tour!!! - Saw the most beautiful views. Got to taste the world famous banana daiquiri. Had an extremely wonderful knowledgeable tour guide. Got the best bang for your buck. Would recommend this tour to anyone coming to the island. Godfrey Tours!!!!

Beautiful island - Overall we enjoyed this excursion. The driver showed up about 30 minutes late. He said he was going to drop us off to shop and go pick up other people. We were left to shop for about 1 1/2 hours in the heat, which was less than ideal. We then went to the lookout. The views were amazing! We ended at Megan’s Bay for a couple hours of swimming. Megan’s Bay is absolutely beautiful.
Our driver was very knowledgeable about the area and was super nice. We just wish he had been on time, or had notified us that he would be late.

Last minute changes no refund - The night before my tour I received an email saying the time was changed to an hour before because there was another couple in the resort next ours that was going at that time and they didn’t want to have to make two trips this way. That time didn’t work so I made other plans quickly to fill our day.
I never heard back so I texted again the morning of to make sure that they refund me. I then received an actual call from a combative representative saying that they had the other couple change their time instead.
When I let him know that I already made other plans he started shouting it’s not my fault. Clearly he wanted to wrongfully keep our money and I just told him it was ok and to keep the money. I noticed in this region they are so trained to cater to those that have oppressed them. They don’t even know it but it’s so sad to see.
