Fun Day on the countryside - We went there with a family of Five and had the best time! Ruby was so kind and heartwarming, we smiled the whole day + she really explained a lot about the gardens and the cooking. The cooking was great fun and we learned a lot! If you are looking for a relaxed time away from hoi an on the country side - it’s a big recommendation!

My favourite activity in Vietnam - Me and my friend had the most incredible time - I would quite easily say this was my favourite activity that I did whilst visiting Vietnam. If you are looking for an escape from the busy city of Hoi An, I highly recommend giving this a go. The farm was so relaxing and we felt so peaceful. Our guide Trang was so welcoming and was so friendly making us feel really comfortable. She picked us up from our hotel and took us to a local food market and showed us some local produce. It was really interesting and gave us a good understanding into Vietnamese diet and culture. We were then taken to the farm and shown the vegetable crops and even got to have a go with a bit of farming before we were taken on the river and had a ride in a coconut boat which was really fun. Trang then took us to the kitchen where we got to have a go making rice paper, summer rolls and then we got to have a go cooking some food. We then got to sit down and we had a delicious meal. The entire day was well organised and Trang put lots of effort into making it enjoyable and engaging. We were looked after really well and we had such a wonderful time. The owner was such a lovely lady and made an effort to come and talk to us which we thought was really kind and personally handed us her family recipes, which was a great finishing touch to a wonderful day. Thank you so much Trang for looking after us. We had such a wonderful time!!

Lovely family and delicious food - We are from Europe (Austria) and currently on holiday in Vietnam. We explored the tranquil coco-nut palm flanked waterways in a bamboo basket boat. Lovely!! Then we enjoyed the Tra Que Village in many ways. We got an insight of the beautiful garden, where we even did some activities in preparing the land, watering and picking vegetables. This was followed by a cooking class with Ruby, who is a genuine "chef de la cuisine" and guided my wife and myself in making spring rolls and pancakes. Very delicious! All in all, we experienced a very welcome by the local family running this village. We were grateful of the hospitality and we can fully recommend this stop.

Cheerful, cozy and good cooking! - We did a very nice cooking workshop today. Had a lot of fun with the ladies who accompanied us. The ladies were very friendly and paid special attention to our cooking children (11 and older). The food was good, the restaurant and the stuff were clean.
