Solo traveler friendly wine tour - A very late review, but I still have fond memories of this wine tour and the lovely people I met on it. The tour guide was great and the wineries he took us to were amazing. Good option for a solo traveler who wants to meet nice people and drink beautiful wine

Highly recommend this lovely wine tour - I enjoyed a fabulous wine tour. Simon was a great driver, very flexible, knowledgeable about wines and wineries. We stopped at Poppies, Moy Hall for wine tasting and lunch, and Runholder where we tasted John Martin Pinot noir. Afterwards, Simon took us to a cheese store. If you love blue cheese, try the Blue Monkey. At my request to buy a Chenin blanc, we stropped at a wine store. Ask Simon to tell you the story about smuggling vines from France to Martinborough. Not to be missed!

Awesome New Zealand wine tour - The ride up to the wineries was spectacular. The mountain side road gave us awesome views. Our driver/tour guide was very knowledgeable on the history of the Martinborough wineries. The wine tour gave us an opportunity to tast very delicious New Zealand wines.

Great Day Trip from Wellington - Outstanding tour!! Martinborough is a must visit if you are in the area. The vineyards selected were great and had knowledgeable staff.

Great wine and fabulous views. - Had a great time. Phil was a terrific guide. The drive over the pass was quite beautiful. The three wineries were great choices. We really enjoyed our lunch at Moy Hall. Will definitely look at other tours in the future

Informative, comfortable, & fun. - Excellent tour. Simon, the guide & driver, was very knowledgeable, friendly, & helpful. Hotel pickup & drop-off was on time & uncomplicated. Lunch at the end was very good.

Great wine tour with Simon - Wonderful tour. Simon our tour guide is so knowledgeable about wine and he really took good care of us. We visited 3 wineries and our favorite one is Poppies. Lunch at Hall winery was exceptionally good and the properties also beautiful

Mothers day treat - My sister in law and I were treated to a mother's day outing and we had a great time. We joined 7 other ladies on tour from Waikato and Simon our host was fabulous. He was knowledgeable and friendly and knew his wines. We visited Moy Hall - Beautiful ambience, great food, wonderful warm welcome and informative hosts. Grava- underwhelming, disappointing pour and service. Went away only learning that grava meant gravel but nothing memorable Muirlea Rise - All woman on board left purchasing a bottle of something because the hosts were fab, engaging generous with their pour, humor and knowledge. Scenery and pitstop in Featherston was lovely too. Memorable day and fab time for us both.

Mammas day out - Simon was a great tour guide knowledgeable on his wine and happy to answer any questions. It was a nice way to celebrate an early mothers day. The first stop Moy Hall was beautiful, well presented, great detail of wines. The second stop Grava was unfortunately underwhelming and not much engagement from the host she merely just gave us a piece of paper to read and small amounts of tastings. The third winery was the best Muirlea the hosts were generous in their pour, knowledge and humor and you could tell because all 9 of us on board brought something from him. Apart from the 2nd winery everything else was fab
