The Best tour ever - The whole tour was fantastic. I had Grant as my guide and I have never had a more Knowledgeable and more passionate about what they are doing guide. He is such a nice person too. Visiting the Weta studios was such a buzz for any LOTR fan and seeing all the different locations was amazing. Can't recommend this tour enough

10/10 - Really great tour. The tour includes a lot of locations that you would otherwise miss if you took the guide book and tried to find them on your own. If you have just a few days here and love Lord of the Rings I highly recommend it.

Full day LOTR tour with a fabulous guide - Had a fabulous day. Our guide was fantastic, great stories to tell from his time on Set. Would highly recommend for any and all LOTR fans.

Must do for every fan! - The tour was the absolute hammer. We visited a lot of filming locations and also visited the Weta workshops. The food was excellent. Grant our guide just knew a lot, not just about Lord of the Rings. Absolutely recommendable!

Awesome and Must Do! - I highly recommend the full day of LOTR tour. Our tour guide was well informative and so kind. Answered all of our questions and easy to talk to. The film locations are breath taking. The weta workshop was awesome! The LOTR themed lunch was good. It is a must do when you are in Wellington.

Excellent and fun experience!! - Grant and Mark were phenomenal!! Grant drove us around all the locations, providing us with interesting and fun facts and stories the whole time. The locations were cool, especially if you're a big LOTR fan. Great photos, information, stories, everything! Lunch was delicious! WETA workshop was super cool and fun! Mark was a wealth of information and cool stories as well, I just didn't want to leave. It was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it! Thank you Grant and Mark and team for an amazing fun day!!!

Fantastic & Awesome full day LOTR tour! - It was an eye-opening experience!
First of all, Chewy came down all the way to out of town to pick us up, then send us back! Saved my hassle of calling a cab.
Then Grant, the tour guide, he is so knowledgeable about Lord of the Rings! I knew so much more things about Behind the Scenes of LOTR! The LOTR/Hobbit lunch was great too!
Definitely highly recommended this full day tour!

Best possible overview on Lord of the Rings from Wellington in one day - Excellent tour guide that was an extra actor in all 3 Lord of the Rings movies, which was able to provide a lot of background info and stories from his own experience. A lot of different stops, giving a good overview. To be noted that the original decors are everywhere removed (unlike Hobbiton, that can be visited from Auckland). The food at noon is good, in a regular restaurant (not LoTR themed). A great experience!

Great tour for LOTR fans! - Such a fun day tour!! Our guide, Grant, was excellent. He had lots of background knowledge on the filming of the Lord of the Rings as he played an extra in each of the three films. We thoroughly enjoyed going to each location and learning the intricate details of filming these films. Weta studios was also such a fun tour. Highly recommend this experience!
