Amazing resort - I really loved this resort … driver picked us up at our resort .. very courteous… dropped us off at caribe Tesoro … we had about 5 hours all inclusive … all drinks included & lunch … we picked from menu … bartenders were very attentive… great pool here & beach area had tables in the water … pier for great pics of west bay … when driver dropped us off he coordinated with staff & they called him to pick us back up … it was a perfect day in roatan

We won’t be back!! - When we arrived they didn’t seem to be expecting us. The beach access was next to the resort and was very crowded. We each had 3 beers but when we requested bottled water they never brought it. Asked again and they said our ticket had been closed out. We had the whole fried fish and it was over cooked and dry.

Skip this for now. - This was disappointing. They did but have anyone waiting for us. Had to call to get our transportation. Waited a little over an hour. Resort was tiny. Were not prepared for us at all. Told us where the pool was and that there were a few tables to sit at. We sat down and received no service, although there were three laid around the bar/ kitchen area. I had to go get menus, and then finally had to ask for service. Then after the small breakfast we had we sat and watched the surf until about 10:30 and asked for cocktails and was told that the bar doesn't open until noon. So, there we are not able to use the pool, no drinks, no sun, etc.... the weather of course was but their fault but all the rest was. We left early. We filed and asked for 50% refund and received it from Viator. So all in all not a good experience. They need to study up on what "ALL Inclusive" means when it comes to resorts. They need help.
