the best experience - It was one of the best experience for us. We booked a private speedboat for our family (6 adults and 5 kids). They provided complimentary snacks and enough drinks and snorkeling equipment for the kids as well. So only thing you need is a towel. The guide was very kind. He supported my child (3 years old) to the top of Padar Island. and took care of him during the snorkeling. We saw komodo dragons and manta rays closely. Beautiful scenery, beaches, crystal clear waters,,, everything was amazing beyond description. Highly recommended.

Komodo dragons, manta rays and more all in one day! - Had such a great day. We saw wild komodo dragons and swam with some massive manta rays. Besides the big ticket items the tour took us to some amazing reefs and beaches including the nice little hike to the view point. The team on the boat were excellent and made us feel very comfortable. Their knowledge and attitude really made us feel relaxed and helped us enjoy the the day even more. I would recommend paying the extra for a private boat if you can as the guys are happy to be flexible on destinations and times depending on what you want to do. We stayed at AYANA and got picked up and dropped off at hotel jetty which was really nice. Thanks!

1 day private trip by fast boat - Good quality boat. Clean and well maintained. Friendly crew. Great day out. Because the trip was private, the timetable was altered to our wishes. Recommended.

Great day in Flores - Well organized by serious people. We had a great day in beatiful Mar de Flores. Both our driver and guide were great and took care of us. Snorkeling was simply gourgeous, especially in Kanawa; I never saw in my life so many starfish, corals, coloured fish... I mean, swiming among hundreds of fish around. It was also great to see the big manta. Altough too many people around, the view of this magnificent animal is breathtaking. We didn't like Komodo dragons visit that much, but once you are there, you go, don't you? Tour was definitely worth it, and the fact that it was a private made a difference. I recommend this company 100%.

Solo private day tour - Fabulous day trip. Booked last minute as had opportunity to take some days off after work trip in Java. Beautiful wild landscapes and snorkelling that is out of this world. Of course doing this solo was not cheap but I considered worth every penny. Thank you to Roberto and team for memorable day!

Awesome Komodo experience - Great private experience. Faldes was a great guide. Excellent support staff on the boat. Great day and we hit all the sites we wanted to.

Do the private tour if you can afford it - Everything was arranged smoothly. You can explore the islands and the Komodos at your own pace with your own private boat. Of course, it is more expensive than if you book the tour with a group. All worth the money. The last island, I think it was Kanada, was very crowded and should be optional. By the way, if you get sea sick easily this might not be for you. The sea was quite rough at certain times and the boat was swaying. Our guide Vian was knowledgeable and very helpful. It was a great trip to the islands.

Very nice experience with Egi - We booked two full day trip by private speed boat to Komodo national park with Flores Fantastic Tour. We contact them at the last moment because another company (Big Komodo Tours very unprofessional) cancelled our trip and they were super helpful. They took us in beautiful places and thanks to them we have done one of, if not the best snorkeling we have ever done. A special thanks goes to Egi that really saved our vacation by organizing these two really incredible days.

DO NOT BOOK. Unprofessional, horrible service and communication. SCAM - Please read this review before booking anything with this company. This company does not actually operate tours nor do they own the boats. They are just an agent. I’m not sure how this company has so many good reviews but I have to think they are either bought or fake. I’ve travelled to over 40 countries and never have I come across such unprofessional and terrible service with such poor communication. I initially booked the 3D/2N tour paying a 30% deposit but one month out we found out my wife was pregnant and so we wanted to change it to just the 1 day tour and asked to use our deposit for that tour instead. I wrote to the company via WhatsApp many times and heard nothing for weeks even though they had read my messages. I even called and they would quickly deny it. It took my wife reaching out separately acting as if she wanted to book a 1 day tour on her own for them to respond and switch our tour. We should have just cancelled it from here but we had already paid a deposit. On the day of the tour we get picked up at around 7am and not even 30 mins later the boat breaks down (which I understand things like this can happen). We ended up floating in the water for almost 3 hours while the crew figured out what to do and we kept having to ask for updates because nothing was being communicated to us. The boat finally gets fixed at around 10:30am and the guide then gives us the option to either continue with the tour but miss some spots or go back to the hotel and start fresh the next day. Since my wife had gotten sick from rocking in the boat so long and we wanted to get the full experience since that is what we paid for we opt to go back to the hotel and retry the next day. The guide confirms he will pick us up again at 7am. That evening I receive a message from the company that if we want to go the next day we need to pay extra with the reason being they had already paid for the boat that day, even though it was them that put us on a broken boat and the extra pay was not mentioned by the guide. The company then proceeds to tell me that we would have been able to see all the sights after fixing the boat (contrary to what the guide said) and so now it is our fault for cancelling. After going back and forth and getting no where, I ask for a refund for which I am denied and offered a very tiny amount of what I paid. I again relay why we should receive the full amount but never receive a response. This place is a scam. The unprofessionalism from this company is truly unmatched. The day we were going to retry the tour was our last day to be able to do so and so to be told we needed to pay extra the evening before was extremely upsetting because it was too late to try to book anything else and so we ended up missing out completely on the experience. Lesson learned and I urge anyone out there to look elsewhere as there are plenty of other reputable tour operators in the area. It is clear this company is purely driven by getting as much money from westerners vs actually providing a good service. Also, they will ask you to send money via Transfer Wise. Do not do this. Poor communication, poor customer service - This company was incredibly hard to get in touch with to plan our tour. We began planning our trip to Komodo months in advance but could not get a response from them, even when we could see they read our messages on WhatsApp. We were able to get our trip booked about a week out. On the day of the tour our boat broke down 30 minutes into the trip. We were stuck for about 3 hours and told once the boat was fixed we would have to skip some spots on the tour due to the delay. Our guide offered an option to do the tour the next day in order to get the full experience. We agreed and went back to our hotel once the boat was fixed. Later that evening, a representative contacted us and told us that they would not pick us up the next day unless we paid extra. We were floored as this was not communicated before and our boat had broken down. The issue was never resolved and we were left without a tour and out of our money paid. Overall, terrible communication and customer service. Go with another tour company.
