Love Hanbajo!!! - We participated as two Japanese female university students (20 years old). It was a wonderful day that will remain in our memory for a lifetime. The locals' English guidance was very easy to understand, and we had a fun day communicating with them. Among the staff, there was an interesting person who taught us Indonesian, a veteran who took pictures of corals, turtles, and sea creatures, a professional photographer, and a fun person who sang Japanese songs. Everyone was really warm, and we fell in love with the locals and everything about Labuan Bajo. It was a course that was enough to go around in one day, but we were so reluctant to leave that we wished we could have stayed here a little longer, and it was an unforgettable experience that we thought about many times during the trip and even after returning home. I definitely want to come back next year. Thank you very much.

A day in paradise - An incredible experience, hiking, seeing dragons, snorkelling with manta rays, turtles and beautiful fishes.

Holiday - From the beginning they tried to accommodate our needs, they picked us up promptly and the driver was helpful. When at the dock it was an easy transition from dock to ship, which was large and comfortable. The staff on it were informative, helpful and polite. There was a meal supplied, plenty of cold drinks when you wanted them and afternoon type tea box given all in the price. There was plenty of time at each site, being Padar, pink beach, Komodo, manta point and Kalong, along with another snorkel spot. It was a long day but it did not feel rushed. When over the driver drove us back to our hotel. I’ve been on quite a few tours around the world, this company was up with the best of them So highly recommend this tour company,

Brilliant treat! - Possibly one of the best tour expedience i've ever had. The tour was well planned and executed. Communication during initial phase was great and all doubts/questions with promptly answered. The staff/ resource during the tour were very professional - helpful and a delight to be with. The food provided bfast/lunch/tea was excellent. i did the tour solo but was great as it had both local and foreign travelers with a good blend of age. I would highly recommended using Komodo Mas agency for best results.

Komodo Trip - Would highly recommend using them. Communication was superb. We had 2 couples and couldn't ask for a better experience. The airlines was trying to pull a fast one and told us that we had to leave right away, because the flight was cancelled. They call and straighten that out and left when we were supposed to do. Went to the Pink Sand Beach first. Snorkeling was amazing. Then went to Komodo Island. Saw large and baby Komodos. Then swam with the Mantas!!! The highlight of my trip. The staff was amazing and highly recommend using them for future travel. Thank you

A fabulous experience - Great experience. Hard working and friendly staff. Seeing the dragons crossed an item off our bucket list. Beautiful scenery, great snorkeling with the huge manta rays were unexpected bonuses

Are the Komodo Dragons drugged??? - I loved everything except for the Komodo Dragon visit. The park ranger- guide was very unprofessional and disrespectful with the group. It appeared that the 2 dragons we saw were drugged. They need to do better or visitors won’t come. Put in an interpretive center with the 350,000 rupiah that the island collects in addition to the tour cost. It could be a fantastic experience but it falls way short. Train the rangers to be professional. Ours was not! He treated the group like we were little kids, Our group had 26 passengers. We should have been broken up into 2-3 groups on Komodo as many could not even hear the ranger. I’m in the travel business and can’t recommend this tour unless things change on the Komodo visit. I understand the local government is not interested in making changes but Viator could follow up on this problem. This is my 3rd visit to see the dragons, 2018, 2019 and now 2024. I was hoping to bring my tour groups to Flores to see the Komodo Dragons but just can’t do it. Something needs to change. No one wants to see animals drugged just so tourists can see them ‘in the wild’ ! The rest of the day tour was fantastic. Great snorkelling and beautiful islands and beaches. The staff on the boat were excellent.

Beautiful beaches and snorkeling - The overall experience was good, because of the actual team that was on board. But the whole experience was very chaotic from an organization point of view. The pick up and drop off, especially where very unorganized and if you’re new to the area, this can be very unsettling. the people who ran the actual trip on board were amazing and deserve every aspect of kudos. The Komodo island itself was little disappointing because it felt very staged and the truck itself was just a half a mile walk-through on a trail path. So do not have any more expectation than that.
