Amazing but will definitely start our trip earlier next time so we can get to Achill. Such a great day out - Experience was amazing. Marie was very helpful also and gave us loads of ideas for our trip. Stopped in Newport and refuelled in Gráinne Uaile's. Lovely day out

Provider-cancellation and a full refund given - Sharing my experience whereby the service provider Paul couldn’t open the shop on the day of my trip due to a bereavement on their side. Paul worked hard to contact me the day of the trip (I had only booked 12 hours before, and I paid via Viator and Revolut the full fee of €88), my phone was on silent and he kept calling which I appreciated so much. As personal circumstances were essential that day, we agreed that he would sort out a refund when the dust settled. Paul was extremely courteous that day and throughout all my dealings with him which is wonderful to experience, thank you. A week later, I chased up the refund directly with Paul, and he was courteous and willing to sort it. A week later, I chased it up again directly with Paul, and again he was super-courteous and got my Revolut details again so that he could investigate it. But there was no refund visible on my side, and I informed Paul of same with screenshots and text messages. A few days later, Viator got involved by email asking me to check if a Refund had been made to my Revolut, and it hadn’t and I sent back screenshots of same. So even though there was no sign of the refund, I knew that Paul was taking it seriously and got Viator involved to check, so I took that as a good sign. Plus I believed Paul was good to his word. About 5 days later, I checked my Revolut and found that the refund had been made in full to my account. Thank you kindly guys for sticking with this and refunding me in full for this provider-cancelled trip, it is a credit to your customer service levels. Happy to recommend Paul as a service provider and Viator as mediator, and I will be sure to use them again. Thanks and regards - Nicola McKenna, Dublin, Ireland.
