  • S.S. Klondike - The SS Klondike was part of a fleet of 250 riverboats that once explored the mighty Yukon River and the surrounding chain of lakes and rivers. It is a Canadian National Historic Site.
  • Miles Canyon - Miles Canyon, located on the Yukon River 2 miles south. of Whitehorse, was an imposing challenge for miners on their way up the Yukon to the Gold Fields in the Klondike. Mainly because the narrow channel through the canyon was followed by more daunting White Horse Rapids.
