alaska dream - I am 70 year old English man with my wife and I'm disabled , the crew were so accommodating to me and my wife, I cannot put into words the experience that we had , what we saw was totally down to the skipper and staff who are so knowledgeable of the nature and subjects . I cannot explain for me how emotionally it effected me , i cannot praise the staff enough , my son in law was on board who is a semi professional photographer with his partner took some incredible photos witch when we disembarked the crew were excited to see , this experience for me unbelievable and once again down to the crew .

Fabulous trip - We are currently on a cruise ship and have been lucky to get close to some amazing sights. As we had booked this trip prior to our departure I began to wonder if I had wasted our money to do it all again. I couldn’t have been more wrong! Doing it in a smaller boat meant we could get very close and it was a lot more personal. I like the fact you are allocated set seats which stops that scramble to grab the best ones. We had pre booked our meal choices and the food was absolutely delicious and very plentiful. There is a bar to buy snacks if you want to. Complimentary tea, coffee and water but good choice of beers etc to buy too. The crew and the ranger were great and very informative. The close up views of the glaciers were fab and we also got to see wildlife… including a load of sea lions sunbathing on a buoy. We had a truly stunning trip which coupled with the amazing weather we had made for some amazing memories. Thank you

Great Glacier Tour - Lovely glacier and wildlife tour. Brittany the park ranger onboard was delightful and a wealth of information about the glaciers and wildlife. We saw humpback whales, mountain goats, thousands of birds and saw a small bit of the glacier fall off.

Way too long when you can’t hear the person telling you about it. - Saw whales. Beautiful scenery but you can not hear the speaker and it makes for a long trip at 5.75 hours. Was not as good as the last time we were there.

Worst tour ever taken and I have taken a large number all over the world. - This tour was a nightmare. Arriving and getting seating passes was okay but the attendant when I mentioned going on a similar tour in Seward basically said they are not good, too rough waters. We were quite late leaving. Got on main level of boat and our table was a table built for 4 but seating six. The boat was jammed packed. There was a large corporate group who basically took over the boat. When the captain said whale they stormed to the front small viewing area and I was seated on the aisle and could not get out of my seat as they were like the bulls running in Italy. This was the same throughout and many never saw the few items to see. They totally blocked the aisle so that getting to the washrooms or to get drinks. One man went twice and first through the blockade of corporate staff he was so angry that the second time he went to the other side of the boat where they were only a few blocking the aisle. Our aisle was almost entirely blocked. The security guard never said a word and in fact disappeared up stairs. I am giving this a 1 as we did get to see a glacier calving as the captain chose to stay long enough that the corporate group finally let others see. Seward tour that we went on was great and the seating was good, not crowded, and we saw a lot more whales and other sea life and birds than this tour. We also did not fly along the water in Seward in a manner that made the trip very rough. In Whittier we flew trying to make up time. I would never recommend this company to anyone,. They had a corporate group and the rest of us did not matter at all.
