Highlights

RCC- Rock Climbing Curacao - The meeting point is the RCC shop, where the crew provides the necessary gear to the clients. Following this, the guide takes the clients to Tafelberg, a 10-minute drive in our minivan.
From the parking spot, it’s about a 15-minute hike to reach the Via Ferrata. After receiving clear instructions, clients ascend the Via Ferrata under the guide’s supervision.
A Via Ferrata is a route equipped with a fixed steel cable along a rock wall. Unlike traditional rock climbing, climbers secure themselves using the iron cable instead of being belayed by a second person with a rope.
The Via Ferrata leads to the top of Tafelberg, a large platform. The next stop is the Proa lookout point, where clients can take a short break and enjoy the view. Afterward, it’s time for abseiling.
The guide provides instructions and explanations regarding the techniques and safety for abseiling. Each client descends through ‘el Abismo,’ a large hole at 50 meters of altitude. No prior experience is required for this tour; beginners are welcome!
