Well beyond any expectations we had - outstanding day trip! - Mr. Kalam truly took the time to be accommodating to my disability, going well above and beyond my expectations of what I thought we could do. He was kind, understanding & thoughtful He even brought a bag we had forgotten in the car back to the hotel. He enabled me to take part in tours by taking us to the nearest gates when he didn't have to. Every time we needed something he took great care to assist. He made what could've been a stressful & painful day of walking into a day we'll not soon forget. His humanity, his understanding & carefully curated events were fantastic!
