Highlights
- Great Keppel Island Hideaway - Head over to Great Keppel Island for a day trip with our ferry company in conjunction with Great Keppel Island Hideaway & GKI Water Sports & Activities. Departing on the 9am ferry service over to the island, it’s a short 30 minute join to the main beach on Great Keppel Island. Please note, there is no jetty on the island so the ferry pulls in, ramp goes down and you disembark straight onto soft white sand - you may get wet feet! Upon arrival, head towards the Hideaway sign (look for the hula girls on the logo) and you’ll come to the GKI Watersports & Activities. This is where your choice of full day snorkel hire or 1hr SUP/kayak can be arranged. Carrying on up the sandy track, you’ll come onto the Hideaway’s lawn area - this is where your lunch and refreshment component are included, please note lunch hours are 11:30am-2pm. You departure from the island is 4pm.

A little bit of paradise - Walking along the beach and soaking in the beauty of the island and the water.
Having lunch overlooking the water.
The bonus was seeing whales on our return journey.

Great day out. - I recently went great keppel with tour group and had amazing time. Food was great at Bistro people were friendly and beach and water very nice. I went walk up to lookout about 3.5 km. It was flat start with but then steep hill which was very rough. Good views up there. Boat trip was good.

Superb experience ... highly recommend. - Terrific. I dealt with fantastic people who went the extra mile for me. Raif, the captain, is an outstanding young man, as was his curly-headed offsider (I wish I'd gotten his name). On the island, Jordie could not have been more helpful. I could not recommend Keppel Konnections more highly. Brilliant!Wonderful views of one of world's most scenic locations.

Relaxed day snorkeling - From booking to disembarking the catamaran, everything was well arranged. The crew Frieda and Brandon were cordial and helpful with everything. As they repeatedly said, "it's your day." We have seen whales, snorkelled in beautiful quiet places, walked on the beach and lunch was really good. I would definitely recommend this, it was a fantastic day.

Economic way to get to Great Kepple - Affordable, friendly, on time. We chose this economical way of travelling to the island. Departures on time. Interesting way of docking due to no wharf on island but still felt very safe un-boarding and re-boarding on Great Kepple. Island is NOT suitable for assisted mobility.

A experience everyone is recommended to have!! - Guided snorkelling was the best part of the day. Affordable, easy and most importantly breathtaking sights of the fish and the corals in the sea.
