thank you - Our trip to Georgia Tbilisi wouldn't have been so exciting, fun, informative and safe if not for the professionalism, excellent customer service provided by our knowledgable and obliging guide Edward as well as our skilful and experienced driver Levon. Upon arrival to Tbilisi we had a city tour and a lovely lunch with a set menu of selected Georgian dishes and had free time in the evening to feel the vibes of the night city. Second day was full of visual and aesthetic experiences which included visiting the holy sites of Georgia and enjoying the beautiful nature of this mountainous country. The cherry on top of the cake was our cooking master class in a traditional village restaurant (special thanks to hostess Tamliko and Zaza)which can compete with some of best restaurants in the region.

Fun and amazing trip. - We enjoyed our trip to Georgia. Our tour guy: Edward was amazing, he gave all the details about the trip and the cities. He helped us for everything we needed all the way from Yerevan to Tiblisi. Our driver Levon is a very nice, fun, and reliable person. He did a good job taking us from place to place with a smooth ride. The restaurants we had lunch were amazing with delicious foods. The Winery we visited was a nice addition to our trip. Thank you Hyur Service.

Awesome trip from Yerevan Armenia to Tbilisi, Georgia- Highly recommended. - The decision to buy the tour from Yerevan, Armenia to Tbilisi, Georgia, with Hyur was very positive. The staff at the agency were professional and friendly. The bus departure was exactly on time, free water, comfortable bus, and the best part, our tourist guide Edward exceeded our expectations. Everyone agrees about the superior preparation he showed. We all learn a lot about Armenian and Georgian culture and history. Everything was perfectly coordinated including all visits. Opulent lunch with everything included. The 4 Start hotel very well located and excellent service. Multiple visits to historical places, all included, with no delays or any kind of issues. And last but not least, our driver, Levon, exceeded his responsibilities. He is super secure driver, very polite friendly and helpful. Always with and smile on his face. Both, Edward and Levon made our trip memorable. Please ask for them, both, if you have the opportunity. You will never regret. Thanks Edward, Levon, and Hyur for putting together such amazing package. We enjoyed every minute from the first moment to the last minute.

Excellent way to experience Georgia - Our trip to Georgia with HYUR company was phenomenal. The entire experience was exceptionally well-organized, and we were able to fully immerse ourselves in the rich culture and history of Georgia. Our tour guides, Edvard and our driver, Levon, were particularly outstanding. Both were incredibly pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The tour provided a perfect snapshot of Georgia’s most significant attractions, from historical landmarks to the vibrant culinary scene, including a memorable introduction to the country’s renowned winemaking tradition. Each day was filled with unique and enriching experiences that left us with a deep appreciation for Georgia. One minor suggestion for HYUR would be to inform customers in advance that the walking city tour, which lasts about 90 minutes, can be strenuous and may pose challenges for some older travelers or persons with disabilities. This would help families with mixed-age members plan accordingly and ensure everyone has an enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a fantastic trip, and I would highly recommend HYUR for anyone looking to explore Georgia.

MUST READ - MUST READ!!!! Finally after 27 years I decided to visit Armenia and surrounding neighboring countries. I scheduled and purchased all tours in advance and planned each day ahead of time. Took the trip to Georgia where I selected a location to picked up from. Punctuality is a must with this company because they are on a strict schedule. I was picked up from my hotel and was dropped off where the tour buses were. My bus driver was Garik and tour guide was Tatev. To be honest I was afraid of traveling due to the war that’s going on currently and passing boarders. I was COMPLETELY wrong and I promise you have nothing to worry about, it is VERY SAFE. Garik was a very safe driver and the ride was smooth. Tatev was a very knowledgeable tour guide with an amazing personality who made my trip an unforgettable one. Tatev made sure all our questions were answered and made sure all important information was received. Trust me she will make sure all important sites are seen and gives you the full history that way it makes sense and nothings unclear. I was the only English speaker on the tour and this lady went out of her way to repeat the information in English and in Russian. She could have had my friend translate the information so says a lot about the person and how respectful she was. The crew overall was very friendly and Tatev was simply AMAZING doing her best so all parties had fun. Safety was a priority for me and I felt very safe and protected at all times including crossing boarders. I have all my tours scheduled with them and looking forward to the upcoming ones. Will post about other tour guides as well and I am hopping I get lucky where Tatev will be the guide. Thank you very much for the great experience .

The best group tour to Tbilisi EVER! - I really enjoyed this 2-days trip to Tbilisi by Hyur Travel Agency, our tour guide Tigran and driver Khachik were such a wonderful company, very attentive and friendly. Tigran has been diving deep into the history of Georgia and did an excellent job providing all information about the sights we were visiting. The only downside was very lengthy and quite stressful border crossing at the Georgian border. On the way to Tbilisi it took our group almost one hour and on the way back to Yerevan almost two hours. The migration police at the Georgian border are very hostile and rude, so prepare yourself for this, but their colleagues at Armenian border are the nicest, friendliest migration policemen I have ever met.

Excellent introduction to Tbilisi Georgia - Excellent introduction to Tbilisi and nearby attractions. It is a long drive from Yerevan to Tbilisi over mostly OK roads (some damage from recent heavy rains). Evening in Tbilisi was free. Good hotel easy walk from prime area of city. Nice walking tour of Tblisi.

Georgia Group Tour - We signed up for the Georgia tour through Hyur service. Once again Hyur service provided excellent service. Both our driver and tour guide, Mr. Khacik and Ms. Tatev, were great and very helpful. However, the tour itself was mostly disappointing. Pack a lot of patience for going and returning through the Georgia border, since the border staff is super slow, unfriendly, the waiting area is super warm with no ventilation, the bathrooms are super dirty and it takes a long time to pass through. Moving through the Armenia border is very efficient and practically took no time; there was no waiting since there is plenty of very friendly staff. The Astoria hotel in Tbilisi which supposedly is four star hotel and is where we spent the one night was also disappointing. There is no onsite restaurant or bar for a quick bite or a drink and no room service and the rooms are average at best (still trying to figure out how this hotel received four stars). The city is very run down with graffiti all over and there aren’t any good restaurants near the hotel. The two monasteries that we visited were nice; however, the highlight of the tour was the visit to Chateau Mukhrani vineyard because the vineyard was very clean, staff was friendly and the tour and wine tasting very well organized. The private lunch and Khinkali master class was nice and relaxing too. My review above is mostly for the experience with the tour and not Hyur service. We have taken several group and private tours with Hyur Service and will continue to do so since they have great staff and provide great service.
