- 1-1 Yamanouchichō - Embark on an exciting journey to discover Japanese fish and Sushi! My tour takes you to a bustling fish market where you can snap photos of your favorite fish.
As we stroll through the market, your friendly guide will share insights about the fish’s habitats, how they’re caught, and their journey to the market. We’ll also have some fun quizzes along the way. If you’re lucky, you might witness a large tuna being filleted – you’ll get an up-close look at its bones and head!
But that’s not all! Your guide will also offer tips on cooking fish. You can even purchase high-quality tuna fillets and blocks at a great price.
To conclude the tour, I’ll treat you to a delicious fish dish (mainly Sushi) at a local market restaurant. Our guide will demonstrate how it’s prepared! (One fish dish from the set menu is included in the tour price.)
This tour is perfect for:
People who love Sushi and want to learn more about the ingredients.
Fishing enthusiasts interested in learning about fishing Sushi fish in Japan.
Anyone eager to try fresh fish.
And of course, those who enjoy Japanese rice wine! (not included though…)
