Excellent - We had a lovely time on the hop on hop off bus. Driver and guide very friendly. Had some nice chats with the guide. Lovely to see all the places of interest

Not very exciting - Wasn’t a very interesting tour. Could have done it all by walking around for an hour or so. No actual tour guide. The driver says nothing, but just points left or right as you pass an attraction.

Not worth it - It was neither panoramic (closed in bus not double decker) nor that informative. There was no way to signal you wanted off at a stop and no signage at any of the drive bys to indicate that is where you’d meet to be picked up. Do yourself a favour and pick up a step by step map at any tourist information site and walk to the major sites unless you just want an one hour drive around the city.

Don’t waste your money - Not worth it. No interaction with driver or guide. Headsets don’t work right. They don’t announce the stops. We waited for over half an hour past the time they said they would be back to hop back on and bus never showed up. The area they cover is less than an hour ride. We eventually just gave up and walked the last two stops

So disappointing - Seriously very disappointed with this experience. Learned little to nothing about the history of Zagreb, a bit about some of the buildings is about all. Put your walking shoes on and do one of the walking tours and you will get so much more out of it.

Not a Hop on Hop Off experience - Definitely not a Hop On Hop Off experience, rather its a one hour tour of the town. Even though I had a reserved seat as requested,for a specific date and time, I was almost not accepted to get in the tiny bus, as it was almost full.

Skip this tourist trap - Terrible experience. I Wanted to show my city to a friend from abroad today. Expected the quality of this kind of tours, that is offered all over the world, but was deeply disappointed. My town was presented in such a poor way, that I was ashamed. The guide, who was sitting next to the driver, was far from being kind. To say that he was helpful would be a lie. Dear guests of our city, please apologise us! Because I love this city I want to apologize for such a miserable service to all of the tourists, who visit my Zagreb and make this terrible Hop On Hop Off experience I made today! Let's start with that audio thing on my seat. It didn't work. A few others headphones were broken. During the tour this 'guide's' job was to point with his arm on the side, the building or the monument, that was being described, was on. Not always. The audio content is a complete disaster. So many buildings, squares, important institutions, historical places, extraordinary people, inventors, markets and events weren't mentioned or showed at all. There was music instead.... About the route. It is way too short and should be twice as long as it is now and include the city's main attractions. My message to the tour providing company - until you make some substantial changes shame on you Hop On Hop Off management! Compared to some parts of the world Croatia has a long tradition of well educated, knowledgeable, licensed tour guides. My experience today was far from that.

Avoid or get conformation in writing - Tour operator dis not show up nor did they respond to any communication attempts. I requested a refund.

Not worth the money paid. - Pd 40 euros for the trip. We got off at a site as it is hop on hop off. Unfortunately the buss thereafter was full at each collection point and we could not board again. It is shamefull and disgusting to have paid so much for so little.

Worst tour I have taken anywhere in the world - We arrived at the pick up spot early and there were only 3 spaces on the bus. The driver wanted to take 3 people and told us to come back 90 minutes later even though we arrived before any groups of 3. We ignored himand got on the bus. We were on the bus for about 30 minutes when the audio equipment stopped working and they pulled over to repair it and it was really hot on the bus. After a while, we left the bus to walk back to our car.
