Honest, informative, well-researched perspective makes the history come to life - Darko seemlessly blends comedy and tragedy in this informative and memorable experience. Not only is the history, itself, fascinating but the presentation made it come to life as Darko drew from reams of personal family anecdotes and well-researched information. Most commendably, he was quick to emphasize that the Croatian perspective is not the only one on the Yugaslav wars and that the line between right and wrong was often blurry in those times, as it was with Tito and with the Nazi occupation era. Honesty and informativeness - the ighest endorsement I could give a tour operator.

Super informative day - Ivana was an amazing guide, we booked onto her free walking tour in the morning and had such a good time that we decided to book onto her history tour in the afternoon. Each tour was full of interesting information and Ivana was so full of energy and fun facts that it was never boring. We learned so much and had a wonderful day, thank you from the 4 Irish nerds ☘️

Great tour - Ivana was our guide for both the free Zagreb walking tour and the Communism and Croatian Homeland Tour. She was an excellent guide. As first time visitors to Croatia, we really learned so much. Having done the free walking tour in the morning, we were so impressed that we booked onto the paid tour in the afternoon. Thanks again to Ivana from the four Irish girls! :)
