Delicious food and a Great learning experience. - It was a fully immersive experience. Clare taught us how to cook a famous Zambian staple Nshima (a maize meal porridge) accompanied with a wide assortment of vegetables like rape, okra and fisashi and a delicious steak. As first timers, cooking the nshima was a bit difficult but still a fun experience! I recommend this tour all foodies like Stacey and I.

It was a nice afternoon spent with Clare and her friend.

Great experience for food lovers - Learning how to cook Zambian food was an interesting challenge especially the Nshima which requires a flexible wrist 😅
Overall a great experience
