Dadia is completly different dining experience. Superbly served by a gang of waiters completly dedicated . - Restaurant Davia was next door to the hotel where we we staying in Nice. Cote d'Azur. I spoke to a waiter and asked if I could have a table for six. He was charming and told me they were rather busy but would a table on the side walk be OK. Pierre was his name and he turned out to be the super chef owner and a quiet efficient organiser. Davia, family run, for three generations, turned out to be a unique restaurant where customers are encouraged to share. Very low key but attractive decor inside with big family table and beautiful flowers inside. Out side on a raised platform were a dozen tables each with spotless white cloths as was ours. We were sandwiched between the platform and the restaurant, on the sidewalk as described by Pierre but plenty of room. On the table was a fabulous arrangement of flowers really very beautifully arranged. The menu was a computer print out and so was the wine list. Our waiter was very serious and experienced. On the menu was only six or seven choices for each course. Our waiter talked about the wines and he knew what he was talking about. The red and white Cote de Rhone were delicious. We all shared a rabit pate that was equisite, moist and very tasty. And anther waiter appeared presenting with two hands a double decker cheese soufle that was perfect. The presentaion was made by the chef who cooked it! I could write a book about Davia. My main course was an array of vegitables all touched by lamb and a unifying sauce, my wife had a a grilled sole. We swapped ! I eyed a Frito Misto Mare which none of us ordered I really wished I had. Then a crunchy Creme brule for my pudding, another perfect plate. The others had Clafutis and my wife an eye watering Lemon tart, it was extrordnary. Whilst we were enjoying this outstanding dinner all around us staff were parading their own plates of magic. And Pierre was organising the queue with fresh linen, quite brilliantly with a quiet smile. The buzz of profesionalism from his team was something I had never experienced. Can't wait to go back.

Great trip, definitely recommend! - Fantastic excursion, 1st class - when I looked at booking I was quite unsure as I have never booked anything like this in the past, I was so pleased, the day was amazing visiting all the places that we would not have been able to see if we had to try and arrange it ourselves. Our driver and host ‘Eva’ was so knowledgeable and made our trip one we will not forget. We would definitely recommend and will book again when we return to try the country side trip.

Taster trip. - A good way to visit the coastline. Think it’s less of a tour and more a taxi service which takes you to the right spots. I would recommend that this tour is taken early on in your vacation as it allows you to determine which parts you really do want to see and revisit.

I enjoyed seeing all the cities, but the rude guide, Terry, ruined what could have been a positive experience. - This tour could have been better if we had a better guide. Terry was the driver and our guide. At first I sat in the front seat and everything was fine. My friend was in the 3rd row seat and needed to be up front for her comfort. Now I am in the 3rd row. It was fine except I could not hear and understand the driver. When I asked a question on the next stop he snapped at me saying I already told everyone that. I told him I could not hear him and did not understand him. At that point his attitude was not customer friendly and put a damper on my time with the group.
