Going the extra mile to look after guests - I booked this tour on an extremely hot (38 degree) day. I was most impressed with the care and organisation my two guides showed all day. I was really well looked after with synchronised transfers between stages of the tour, a fantastic lunch (all my choice), refreshments and adaptability. Thanks to these guides I had a wonderful and memorable experience.

Amazing day in Suzhou - We enjoyed a short holiday in Shanghai and wanted to explore somewhere close yet distinct. The bullet train ride to Suzhou was impressively organized, taking just 30 minutes. We were captivated by the classic views, loved the serene boat rides, and the stunning gardens. The local cuisine offered an abundant variety of choices, and our guide, Queena, was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Overall, we had a fantastic day!

Exceeded Expectations, Great getaway from Shanghai - It was a great day out in Suzhou. Everything was very efficient and communication was clear. Alana, Berlin and the driver were all very knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. Berlin took time to explain in depth the history on places we went which were very insightful and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Will definitely be back to try their other tours.

Overall experience was ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ - The tour given by Caroline and driving service was really great and very professional.
Caroline explained everything very well, knows about the history very well and we haf enough time to walk around enjoy the small streets.
Only one minus is that the price was too expensive for 1 person.

Beautiful Suzhou - This was an amazing tour, thanks to my wonderful guide Snow. Her English was excellent and she is very knowledgeable about the places we visited and complemented the tour with some local anecdotes. Thank you Snow for the unforgettable tour. Suzhou is indeed paradise on Earth.

great trip - I had an amazing Suzhou tour with our guide, Berlin. We visited the Humble Administrator's Garden, strolled Pingjiang Road, and took a fun rickshaw ride. Lunch was delicious with local dishes. We saw Pan City Gate and ended with a relaxing boat ride on Shantang Street. Berlin’s insights made the tour enjoyable and memorable. Highly recommended!

Outstanding services by Tracy and Alana - We are family of 6, 4 adults with 2 young kids. We are so happy to the services provided by Tracy and Alana. They are so professional and well training. Tracy explain and tell us the historical of Suzhou and Alana come with us from our hotel to Suzhou and bring us back to hotel safely. Alana even provide assistant when we need after our day tour. We dint regret that we have booked this day tour and able to meet Tracy and Alana.

Good day out. - A great day out. Bullet train to destination, beautiful gardens, architecture and sounds. The lunch was excellent / be sure to have the sweet and sour pork and the pork belly. Then the Canal trip. Good fun and some great shots.

Suzhou - We had a wonderful day with Queena. She was very friendly , chatty and knowledgeable. Everything was well organised and the lunch was one of our very best on our trip so far. Highly recommend.
