It was a great... - It was a great experience! I would suggest to visit the top of mt. Titlis before going for the skiing because by the time we reached the cliff walk we saw nothing but fog. We should've went earlier. But overall it was a great and fun tour.

Mt Titlis Snow Experience day from Zurich - The 4 of us loved this experience (kids 10 & 12). The guide was very knowledgeable and interesting and helpful. We loved Lucerne and then Mt Titlis was breathtaking. Thoroughly recommend this tour.

An exciting and snowy experience with memories that will last a lifetime. - After a short visit to Lucerne it’s on to Mt. Titlis which towers above the town of Engelberg. We choose the additional snow experience part if the tour and this was munquestionably my son’s favourite part of the day. This part of the tour takes place halfway up the mountain where we tried tobogganing and tubing before collecting our skis and equipment. The staff expertly had us fully geared up in about 10 minutes before we headed off for about an hour of beginner skiing fun. Afterwards you head up to the summit of Titlis with about 1 hour to spend at the top enjoying just some of the many activities on offer. We loved our day and could easily do it again and none of it would feel ‘old’. The tour company did an excellent job of facilitating the day with pleasant and knowledgeable staff, a well maintained coach and an orderly itinerary. Aside from unpredictable Mother Nature you could not be disappointed!

Ski experience sub par for us but the view is as magnificent! - The drive and stop to Lucerne was beautiful. Our guide was kind. The stop by Queen Astrid of Belgium’s memorial site was unexpected and charming. Where we had challenges was checking in for the ski experience. The guide gave us a map and very clear instruction on where to go to begin our ski experience because he was staying with the Spanish-speakers. The remaining members of the group followed the instructions (on Jan. 1) and the office was locked. After asking in several locations to no avail, we wasted valuable time waiting for someone to return only to be told we needed to basically walk down, around and through a tunnel to the ski area on what was basically ice (global warming’s fault)…so two of us in our family bypassed the actual ski experience because skiing was on slush and for me it was just too dangerous to go down. For my husband, because apparently people who work the ski instruction didn’t show up for work, he ended up providing instruction for our group, along with our daughter, and others on the hill who had fallen. The view as the sun set was stunning, but as we tried to navigate the other 4 levels, the elevator was broken for levels 2-4. If you are considering the snow experience, only do it after checking that Mt. Titlis has enough snow on it and instructors. Don’t go on New Year’s Day or other high-traffic days! Otherwise it’s worth it.

Titlis adventure - I booked this trip with my teenage son 16 years of age and we both really enjoyed the trip. Andy was a great host and full of interesting facts. Experienced and friendly driver. We had 2 stops on the way to Titlis and took some great photos. Lucerne is beautiful and we had some time to wonder around. It was great and enjoyable day. We were unlucky with the weather and couldn’t do snow experience or the cliff walk. Andy was super efficient and contacted booking agency and I had email about partial refund that same evening. Only thing I would maybe suggest is to get any paperwork done before guests board the bus, at ticket redemption point maybe? Also stickers to see who is going where, they just fell off jackets, it wasn’t a problem, just something small that can be improved. They could be waterproof or similar.

Great day out ... not quite 5 stars though - Booked the tour with Switzerland-tours.ch via TripaAdvisor ... great day and a very full schedule. We booked the ‘Ski experience’ which was VERY good ... our only gripe of the day was that we felt the Mount Titlis part could have been an extra hour longer (if doing the ski experience) ... by the time we finished this at 15:00 we only had until 16:15 to get from halfway up to the top (via another cable car and then the 360 car) ... at the top you have the cavern walk, views, cafe, shops and ice caves ... by the time we got up there we had about 30 minutes to attempt to do all of this. Great day overall but felt rushed on last quarter of it as the coach has a 3 minute wait time rule (so don’t be late !!!). Worth doing though. Oh, guide was very informative and helpful too.

This was a great trip! The only... -
This was a great trip! The only change I would make would be to allow more time at the mountain. I did the snow experience At a very beginner's course. Perfect for children and inexperienced adults, so I spent a good bit of my mountain time with that. Afterwards, I felt a bit rushed to visit the other levels. Besides that, it was great! The Mt. Titlis staff was very helpful. I never skied before and I was moving through poles after 10 mins of instruction. The views were amazing!!! The tour guide was very informative on the bus ride to the mountain. It was a great experience!

Snow Experience add-on is a waste of money - Overall this tour was okay, but the snow experience add on was a waste of money. We were told to get off the cable car at the first stop and there would be a staff member to help us. This was not the case. We wandered aimlessly and eventually asked two different employees and neither knew about it. There weren’t even any signs to tell you where to go. I wish the guide had gone with us to show us where we were supposed to go. Having wasted almost an hour, we gave up and just went to the top of the mountain. The views were spectacular, but I wish I hadn’t spent an extra $60 for something I didn’t even get to experience. Also for the first stop in Lucerne, you only get about an hour which was hardly enough time to walk to the lion monument and back to the bus before it leaves. Other than these two disappointments, the rest of the tour was decent. The guide was friendly and spoke multiple languages including English.

Rip off.. - I cannot recommend this tour due to severe communication issues. Upon check-in, we were instructed to await a Mt. Titlus employee to escort us to the snow experience area, as per the brochure. However, no staff members were present upon our arrival, leaving us stranded. Despite the tour guide's directions, we were unable to locate the designated area, as the building was obscured by snow. Our attempts to seek assistance from mountain staff proved futile, resulting in wasted time and frustration. Despite my request for a partial refund for the snow experience, it was denied. This disappointing experience has deterred me from booking with Viator in the future. Despite its high cost, the tour failed to deliver, echoing similar sentiments expressed by other reviewers.
