Amazing - Had a beautiful day with our guide Ani. Such a pleasure being around and very knowledgeable about the area. Was better being in a small group as it takes time to get there and becomes more personal. Ani looks after her guests like family doesn’t leave anyone behind. Amazing day!!!!!!

Fantastic Day Tour from Zurich - We had an excellent day with Uli. He met us on time and promptly got us on our way. Uli helped us navigate the train changes and shared information with us on some of the sites along the way. Once we got up to the Matterhorn viewing area is was patient and encouraging as we waited for the stubborn clouds to clear to get the best view. When we returned to Zermatt he guided us to some of the best shops and shared some of the history of Zermatt with us. It was a great tour and a great way to see truly breathtaking views!

A dream come true - She Madea Wonderfuul experience of our trip. Awesome view of the Alps, incredible cog wheel train ride up de mountain and the guide was kind, knowledgeable and super helpful and patient and all was perfect.

Terrific day trip for a short stay in Switzerland - Fantastic Day trip ! Fast paced and full of sights … we enjoyed our day and found a spot we’d love to come in the future for hiking. The weather was perfect and the views pristine. Eric was very knowledge and we enjoyed his company. Recommend!

Beautiful day - We enjoyed our day but didn’t feel the small group experience justified the very high price tag. The area is lovely and fun to explore. Our guide was very nice.

You can see the $ signs in the eyes of the Zermatters. pardon CHF signs. - Zermatt has become a rip off. A simple meal.gncchi, 62 franks. Especially the cost of the season pass is ridiculous.. The price/fun ratio is not here anymore. Still a beautiful place, if you don´care about money, but crowded. I would suggets, go to Cervinia and have a look at Zermatt.

Elusive Matterhorn - Enjoyed the train adventure, 8 minute train changes were intimidating to new riders. Liked the cog wheel train. Sadly we were unable to see the Matterhorn due to fog/snow. Guide Roman was informative, personable and we enjoyed great conversatons.

Magnificent Matterhorn, awesome cogwheel train ride, definitely a sight to behold, just not with this tour - The guide was personable, knowledgeable and friendly, we just think we didn’t quite get what we paid for. For about $1,300US for an all day (about 11 hours) we were supposed to be in Zermatt for a two hour tour and we barely had 30 minutes to eat, shop etc., we were to see and pay respects at the Mountaineers cemetery where climbers of the Matterhorn are buried, never saw it. Bottom line, it was an 11 hour train extravaganza (changing trains several times) to see the Matterhorn. Sorry, it was just average in my opinion.

NO SHOW and No cancellation notice given!! - DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!! I booked this excursion through chase travel for March 15 @8:15am. It was our last day in Zurich and they completely no-showed and did not send or provide any notice of cancellation!! Now it’s too late to book another trip and we are left with no excursion on our last day in Switzerland. I read another review which stated the same experience that we just had. I called Chase and informed them to remove this company from their website and not to do business with a company that doesn’t give the courtesy of letting the customer know they aren’t going to show up!! I tried calling them multiple times and they won’t even answer the phone number provided. Just a terrible disorganized company.
