• 大碗居 - Finally, savor a Peking Duck dinner at a local restaurant. Peking Duck, originally from Beijing, is prepared using fruit wood, giving it a fruity flavor and crispy skin. The meal is enjoyed in a special way: first, you use a special bread, then you can start your delicious feast.

The duck is divided into three parts and prepared in three different styles:

The first method is the most popular. The meat, selected from the most flavorful part of the duck, is boned and served with green onions and dressing, making it savory and slightly sweet. It comes with thin crepes; you spread the dressing on the crepe, add some green onions, and roll it up. The second method uses the less meaty parts of the duck, which can be stir-fried with garlic, chilies, ginger, or onions. The third and final method utilizes the entire duck to make a soup with cabbage and duck meat with bones.
