An amazing experience! - When I first saw the Grand Canyon I have got goosebumps and teared up! I couldn't stop saying "wow" ... it's just breathtaking.. I recommend it to everyone.. an amazing experience! Our tour guide Curty was amazing! So knowledgeable and funny!

Fun - The front seat of the upper deck on the bus was fantastic. The tour guide was great and the bus driver was very good. Nice relaxing ride, until they exchanged drivers on the last 90 minutes back to Vegas. That second driver was terrible. She went too fast, had to pass everything and couldn't stay in her own lane. Everything else was perfect.

Grand Canyon Western rim Tour instead of Southern ! - Our tour guide Katie was amazing and she’s known a lot about grand canyon and Vegas but we are unhappy about the fact that we reserved for the South rim tour and they haven’t enough people to confirmed the tour so we accepte the western rim tour of the Grand Canyon ! We have been surprise to know the are the same price !
At the beginning of the tour Katie propose us 3 differences experienced for the tour and we have to pay extra money for every one of these ! The tour wasn't well organise and too much restroom stop in my opinion ! And the ends, at the Hoover dam stop we make a quick stop and we better like to take a walk and took pictures and having more time ! Overall we are happy and we give 8/10 !

Amazing scenery but do your homework about the trip. - After booking I received a total of 19 unnecessary emails about this trip. Only needed one to choose a meal option and confirm my pick up point. Lunch given out very early in the morning so limp and stale by lunchtime plus no luggage rack so it’s on your lap for hours. Dinner was made hours ahead of our arrival and was inedible. Tour guide hectored everyone mercilessly to add the payment to avoid the 2.2 mile walk but it was an easy paved stroll. Scenery is just amazing but a long day from 6am to 9 pm.

Just OK - Long day, but that was exasperated. Host was good but it would have been nice to have more facts of the area and less personal stories. Breakfast and lunch was just ok. Your probably better off renting a car and driving yourself.

Go drive yourself - Extremely long day. Cramped bus. Massive group. The video about hoover dam was on repeat driving me nuts. I don't understand the point of paying for a tour then getting hit with a $20 per head charge for the "tour" at the canyon. I understand tipping is part of american custom but constantly talking about tipping on the way back makes one definitely not want to tip. Would I recommend this trip...no. the grand canyon is definitely a sight to see but I would choose other means. Dinner wasn't provided until 930pm....

Unreliable, poor communication. Cancelled at the last minute on me - Cancelled at the last minute for a poor reason, totally screwed up my trip to get out to see the Canyon. They called me a few hours before the tour because they didn't meet minimum booking with no solution or compensation offered. Terrible experience.

Terrible - This was the worst tour I have ever been on my far!!! Whatever you do, do not waste your money and TIME on this tour! Our nightmare began and ended with our tour guide Kevin! He was shouting at all of the bus passengers several times in the bus and at the park!! It was so awful! He talked about his personal life ALOT. He said very inappropriate things many of times. He praised himself over and over again of what a wonderful photographer he was when intact his photography are as awful as his personality. He belittled us so ouch that we got an Uber and ran off the tour at dinner with another group. One group from this tour said that they had informed Kevin that they were going to get an uber back and he told them to F off! Don’t chance your time and money with this tour. Go anywhere else!

My Grand Canyon bus trip - I have taken the bus ride from Las Vegas to Grand Canyon from other bus travel company and they are very efficient and managed to allow more time to spend passengers at the Grand Canyon and properly managed the driving speed to reduce unnecessary stops at small dinky restaurants. Your bus service was terrible and not managed time efficiently to allow passengers to see things that they wanted to see especially coming long way to see important sites. Your company driver driving was terrible and unnecessary frequent stops made us spend more time in the bus rather than site seeing. I’m very unhappy that my visit was a waste and never wanted to ride from your company again. I’m so sorry to say that my trip was an unpleasant one because of your bus experience.
