Amazing excursion - What an amazing day. Be prepared for a very long day. But so much fun. Our tour guide was so informative and went above and being to give us fun facts during our drives between our stops.

Rainy day efforts - The staff are amazing. Great services on their part. The climate and traffic were less than ideal but those were not factors in this rating as those are out of the company’s control!

Visit Tulum - Great tour and another place to visit and see the wonders of the Mayans. It’s a full packed day. Highly recommended. The tour is super organized how they picked us in the hotel and transfer us to the buses and coaches. Marco was great tour guide.

Raindy day trip - Marco and Isreal our guide and bus driver were friendly and bilingual (Spanish and English). Giving clear information and consideration to all. Tulum was fascinating. Our Mayan guide Raul Pesh was funny, animated and told us much about Mayan culture and history while walking us around the ruins. Raul also showed us around Coba (in the jungle) and we took a tricycle (wow the local men are strong) which was favourable given the distance and weather. The lunch at the Ceynote was delicious. The village was cute with a lot of artwork and people swimming in the ceynote with turtles and small fish! Lovely to have a beer and dry off. We went onto Playa del Carmen for a walk around and coffee. Lots of cafes, bars and restaurants to try! Now for tips - come prepared for the weather. We had very rainy conditions and strong wind. Bring a poncho and some bug spray, a towel and hydration. Ensure you bring a good amount of money as there is a few extras to pay for and small market stalls at Coba too. We ht some traffic on the way back - out of anyone’s control and weather was much more rainy than the locals have seen for a long time.

Not good - This was the most boring thing we did the whole trip, it is not at all as described not just us but many other people were trying to leave early. This takes up a whole day and it not even worth it, we were in the bus more then we were exploring and the workers are straight up rude

Discriminative behavior of Tour Guide - # unprofessional # discrimination to special needs and Asians Transportation: van was musty with smell of sweat and urine. Driver swerving left and right to avoid traffic (my family was nauseous the whole time) Tour guide: unprofessional and inappropriate. Called my family crazy in front of other tourists in Spanish for pointing out the smell thinking we Asians don’t understand what they are saying, trying to public humiliate us. stuck his middle finger when we tried to ask for alternatives such as changing vans and cursing at us non stop. Eventually just said bye bye and closed the door of the van on us and left. This is unacceptable. We have a member with special needs, unable to verbally express himself and they had the audacity to call us “locas” with the hand motions in front of someone who has cognitive disabilities? My family member ended up crying seeing how we were humiliated and being called crazy. We also had a 13 year old with us and to be cursed at and thrown middle fingers in a foreign country is unacceptable.
