Cancun bay transportation - The vans were clean and comfortable. Communicating with the drivers was easy. The drivers were very friendly and prompt. Alejandro helped us to improve our Spanish.

They do not meet you at the airport! - DONT DO IT! Horrible Transportation! Left my family high and dry wanted us to walk to another area that wasn’t at the airport! Kept texting the operator they weren’t answering was waiting for an hour after we landed and then they canceled on us with no reason or explanation on why! when it was their fault that they didn’t explain that we had to walk a far distance to meet them…don’t book anything with CANCÚN BAY TOUR They will ruin your trip and not even care that you have to find some other means of transportation! SCAMMERS!

Better not get there and not have a ride bc they were informed the mistake two hours after booking - Had to cancel and rebook bc of location. When revoked the arrival date was wrong and tried to change right away and they weren’t helpful and accommodating. So I haven’t even gone to Mexico…. I leave Thursday not Tuesday and send me a review and asking how it went. Tried to change with in hours and no luck. Sure hope I didn’t pay $165 and have NO ride when I arrive Thursday.
