MTS - Cancun trip - Right from the day we connected, well before the trip Mr. Ricardo (Ric) with MTS made us feel very comfortable. We booked a couple of activities with them, well in advance with great deals. After reaching the place, for all out tour needs, Ric and David helped us. We were a bigger group that their thoughtful arrangements during the private tour helped us plan and navigate easily. Chichen Itza tour - I had a wonderful time learning about the history of chichen itza, swimming in the center and enjoying a lunch buffet in valladolid, thanks to Ana and MST for introducing us to this tour.

Great experince - It was a great experience going with Mexico travel solutions. I went with a friend twice with them : chichen itza and isla mujeres. Everything was like described with great service. Excellent day at Chitzen Itza and Cenote - Our driver, Pepe, was excellent and timely. Our bilingual guide, Poncho, was informative and gave great tips and insights to getting around and making the most of the time given.

Chichén Itzá Guided Tour - We booked our trip through Ricardo Magana and he was very helpful. Very knowledgeable and he helped us choose the excursion that was best for us. The Chichén Itzá tour itself was incredible and I’d say a must do during your stay in Cancun. We got to see the Mayan pyramids, visit a Mayan village, a colonial city, and a cenote all in one day. We had an awesome time and the price was also very fair and reasonable.

Great place but poor logistics- Mexico travel solutions - Here are the key pointers of the trip.. 1. The bus was too small and it was cramped . 2. The microphone wasnt working and the guide started talking without the microphone..We could barely hear him 3. We had snacks in the package but there was hardly any 4. While coming back, the bus had a flat tire and the lever to lift the bus wasn’t working.. so it took an hour for the driver to replace the tire.. there was another car who came to the spot with better equipments to help the driver.. 5. There was no bathroom in the bus and hence you have to be on the mercy of the driver. 6. However, water and soft drinks were in plenty.. 7. Umbrella and life jacket was included.. 8. Chichen itza was very hot and so stay hydrated .. 9. Cenote swimming was an awesome experience . It was so refreshing and cool.. 10. Mayan Lunch buffet was included in the package and it was decent. It was arranged at the cenote place. Overall nice experience but dint like the travel package..

Not recommended - I wish I didn’t take this tour . First , The tour company told me the pickup time was 6:50am. But the driver arrived at 7:20 . Besides, tour description says “ tour language is English” but the guide speaks Spanish half of the time. I understand he was saying the same thing in both English and Spanish . But this is not a good use of our time. The tour company should update the description to be “ mixed group for both English and Spanish” At Chichen Itza, another guide walked us around and talked about some history. He made some comments about Mayan culture and their view of homosexual relationships ( this part made my friends on this tour uncomfortable ) . Besides , lunch was arranged at the end of the day rather than mid day . Imagine eating a breakfast at 6am and hours of tours under the sun and no lunch until 3pm
