Priene, a 2500-year-old Ionian city, majestically located at the base of a steep mountain wall. The city overlooks the appropriately named Meander River, and proudly stands as one of the first cities to implement a grid system for its streets.
Miletos – Positioned on a hill near the Aegean Sea, these ancient ruins offer visitors a glimpse into the past. Explore the grand theater, constructed around the 4th century BC, with the capacity to seat over 15,000 audience members. Following this, visit the remarkably preserved Bath of Faustina, commissioned by the wife of Marcus Aurelius, Faustina herself.
Didyma – Historically, a holy road linked Didyma and Miletos. On our visit, we explore the remnants of the Temple of Apollo, a massive temple from the Hellenistic Period. Regardless of substantial efforts, the temple was never completely finished.
At the conclusion of the tour, you will return to your hotel for an overnight stay in Kusadasi.
