Cruise gently on a comfortable RIB boat as we depart from Faro sailing through the channels of the Ria Formosa to fully enjoy the beautiful landscape.
- Ilha Do Farol - Here we will be able to spot the lighthouse and typical Algarvian houses as we cruise to exit Ria Formosa. Also on this island lies the most southern point of Portugal - the Santa Maria Cape.
- Muralhas de Faro - The tour ends with stunning views of the old town of Faro along the way.

Observing dolphins in their wild environment is a remarkable occurrence and this 2.5-hour journey off the Algarve shore provides an opportunity to see the freely living common and bottlenose dolphins along with other sea creatures around the barrier islands of Ria Formosa and Santa Maria Cape, the southernmost point of Europe.
You will embark on your journey from Faro on a safe and comfortable RIB boat, accompanied by a nature guide who will provide interesting information about the unique marine wildlife in this beautiful area.
The boat ride spans around 2 hours through the tranquil waters of the Ria Formosa, making way to the vast ocean, reaching about 10 to 12 miles out at sea. The boat follows along the Algarve coast, passing by the barrier-islands of Ria Formosa and Santa Maria Cape, while you watch out for several species of whales.
After the thrilling aquatic expedition observing the abundant marine life, the tour concludes back at Ria Formosa.
- A minimum of 2 adults per booking is required

brilliant experience seeing dolphins in the wild - What an amazing trip. we went out with Jose on 11th June and had the most amazing time. Jose was so knowledgeable and told us lots about the dolphins and it was just amazing to see them in their natural environment. we saw 3 pods! such a great company and would certainly recommend for this trip. loved it thankyou Jose and team x

A Perfect Day on the Water with Dolphins - We recently took a dolphin-watching water tour with this company, and it was an unforgettable experience. Our guides, Jose and Diogo, were exceptional. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the tour. The boat was in excellent condition, and the tour itself was both thrilling and serene. We were fortunate to see several dolphins up close, which was truly magical. Jose and Diogo’s passion for the ocean and its inhabitants was evident and added so much to the experience. We felt safe, well-informed, and thoroughly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this tour to anyone looking for a unique and enjoyable adventure on the water. dolphins with captain Jose and Diogo - I had an incredible experience on the dolphin watching trip, both captains Jose and Diogo made us feel welcome and safe. During the tour, Captain Jose shared interesting facts about dolphins and their habitat.
The thrill of seeing these magnificent animals in their natural environment is something I will never forget. Additionally, the captains made sure to respect the dolphins' space, which was greatly appreciated. They are true professionals.
Thank you very much for this adventure, I will come back for more.

dolphin-watching tour - I recently had the pleasure of joining a dolphin-watching tour led by Captain Jose and Captain Diogo, and it was an unforgettable experience! From the moment we boarded the boat, their professionalism and passion for marine life were evident.
The highlight, of course, was seeing the dolphins up close. I highly recommend this tour and I'm very thankful.

Dolphin & Whale adventure - I wanna take the opportunity to thank so much both José and Carolina for one of the greatest experience we have ever made in our life, that is the spectacular meeting of Whales 🐋 and Dolphins 🐬 during this morning's (26 May) boat trip!
It was really amazing what José and Carolina made us experience. It felt like to be in a dream, we did daydream, looking at one of the most spectacular wildlife show a man can see!
The skilful explanations and all the good indication given by José were really useful and inspiring.
On the way back home we were so lucky, being aware that all this was not simply due to the luck (!), because we met also a Puffin and a Moon fish!!
All this took my breath away, with shivers going down my spine...
Once again thanks for today’s marvellous adventure.

Informative and exciting! - Pedro and Jose were excellent, it made all the difference having marine biologists to guide us. And we not only saw a dolphin, we saw several whales! As it was my birthday, I feel fortunate to have spent my special morning with the team. Thank you!

A Great Experience - This was a great excursion to take part in. We were very lucky to be able to see lots of dolphins. Fernando and Jose were really friendly and very knowledgeable about the dolphins. We would really recommend this to anyone visiting Faro!

amazing - Super fun and great team! Explained plenty about the dolphins and super trip. Of course extra lucky that two dolphin groups decided to come and say hi. If you have the chance do this, instead of any aquarium or similar enclosed areas. Here the you get to see them in their natural habitat.
