Very fun and exciting - The ease of getting around Florence with the ebike was amazing. Where are fantastic tour guide. This tour was the best thing we did in Florence.

Give the ebike tour a go. - The ride up to the Gardens where we could look out over Florence was a fantastic experience. The ebike hire made this experience worthwhile.

Fantastic trip - If you’re going to Florence I would highly recommend doing this trip. The bikes are so easy to use and the tour guide was excellent with a lot of knowledge and experience. At no point did we feel rushed and he waited for all the group to catch up as in the centre of Florence it’s very busy with tourists. At the top of the hills the views are just beautiful not something you should miss. I would do this again in a heart beat.

Worth it - I have tried this several times. The ride up the mountain to the viewpoint is really great and is worth it. However this time it was a chaos getting started, The guide forgot to show us Duomo and David. And he was very uninspired in general

Terrible guide - I wish I could tell you the guide’s name but he never told us. To begin the ride he have us perfunctory tons on how to work the electric bike and the. Just took off. No introductions. He clearly did not enjoy giving us the history of the landmarks. The worst was that he continually rode through red lights and left rush trying to chase him down. He never looked back to see where we were. Thr entire group continually was left to trying to chase him down. This could’ve been a nice ride. There were some scenic landmarks but he just rode past them
