Easy - Extremely easy to meet our Viator contact and retrieve our tickets. It was a hot day and long lines. We were happy to bypass the wait and head straight in. Highly recommend!

Easy visit to the Academia Gallery - The Accademia Gallery is an absolute "must see" when visiting Florence. The "David" is even more impressive in person than one can possibly imagine. Photos do not compare. Viator is always my vendor of choice when traveling. This experience was unguided and went smoothly without any delays or issues. Thank you Viator!

Great way to skip the line - pay attention when meeting for your tickets - Great way to skip the line and see Michelangelo’s David. It was pouring rain and the lines to get in were crowding the street, but after meeting our ticket holder we were escorted to the line and were able to walk in within a few minutes. Just know that the address you’re meeting at for your tickets isn’t a physical office - we met our ticket holder on the street after passing him a few times, but luckily we heard him saying “No. 45”. He didn’t have a flag or really anything distinguishable, so make sure you’re paying attention in the crowded streets to find him. Besides that, we enjoyed our time at the museum away from the rain!

Worth the money. - Absolutely skipped the line! We arrived a little earlier as I was nervous about locating the operator however he was at the described location and even got us in earlier than ticketed time. Only waited about 15 minutes in total. Well worth the extra $$$ as people were lined up around the block. Also, David is spectacular and not to be missed!

Worth paying up for! - Worth paying up to get in on a time to suit without the queue. We knew it would be raining so wanted to go when it was wet outside. David statue is worth seeing in close up

Useful depending on the period. - Interesting skip-the-line ticket in case of crowds at the beginning of May at 2 p.m., it was perhaps unnecessary. In any case, you still have to wait to pass the entry controls.

Time changed by tour organizer - The tour organizers notified me they had to change the time to later the same day. They did not provide an updated confirmation and I was a bit worried that we would show up at the new time only to be told we missed our tour. We arrived about 20 minutes before the new time but no one was there until about 10 minutes beforehand. From there it worked fine, but it was a little stressful until we had the tickets in hand.

No fee Sunday - It was a Sunday and no fee was required- no one met us at the location- so we had to enter the line . We would like a refund.

Buy tickets a week ahead and avoid this - This service is just a scam to buy up a lot of tickets and resell them at double the cost. You get to stand in the same line as everyone else for a timed entry
