Along the way, we pause to explore the Kaymakli underground city, a UNESCO World Heritage site in Cappadocia, where we delve into five levels of this subterranean marvel. Created by slaves and early Christians fleeing Roman persecution, this city is a testament to their ingenuity. Upon reaching Ihlara Valley, a verdant haven amidst the arid landscape of Cappadocia with its 270 distinct plant species and a creamy river bisecting it, we embark on an 18 km trek through the entire gorge. Midway, we stop for lunch in the quaint village of Belisirma nestled within the valley. At the conclusion of our adventure, we ensure your return to the hotel.
