Just do it - It was all great. Our driver was knowledgeable and laughed at my dumb jokes. Wish I could remember the name of our driver, as she was great. The winery we went to was fabulous. Loved seeing the agriculture.

Wonderful Day Trip - This was an amazing trip!!! From the Corinth Canal to Namea wine tasting to Nafplios - every part was different but phenomenal! Athens is great but I would recommend getting out of the city! Our driver, Manos, was excellent! He was pleasant and an absolute wealth of knowledge! I learned so much and had the best time! Highly recommend!!!

Athens and surrounds - Absolutely brilliant day with a friendly ad informative guide. Getting out of Athens is an absolute must and seeing Napoli makes the short drive worthwhile

An Idyllic Day from the Madding Crowd - A tour is only as great as your tour guide because they are indelibly linked to your memories of the tour. So, Glykeria, our tour guide, will be forever in our memories as we reminisce about this special day.
First was the Corinth Canal. Walking across the bridge was spine-tingling. Some Greek schoolboy said "arigato gozaimasu" to us as we passed them. So I guess "parakalo?"
Glykeria had some delicious souvlakis waiting for us when we got back. There was a sweet little cat there who was very happy to see Glykeria as he was one of the cats she feeds along the tour route.
Then to Nemea for the wine tasting tour. The setting was beautiful and the wines were delicious. It was a relaxing and luxurious experience.
Next we went to the Palamidi Fortress. Again, the views were just breathtaking. Last stop was Nafplio town. We walked along the pretty streets and shops. There were some Asian tourists inside one of the stores and I saw a little girl make "slant eyes" to her mother. C'mon, Greek parents, you can do better.
We found a restaurant called Rantevou. The view was beautiful from our table. The service was great. Food was not bad. We forgot the time and it was getting late!
During the substantial drive back to the Sofitel by the airport. Glykeria and I chatted. By the end it felt as if we were old friends. What a great way to end our Greek vacation by having a mostly off-the-beaten path tour with a lovely, warm guide. Thank you, Glykeria!

What a way to see Greece!!! - Our tour guide Manors, was great! He was very kind and helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the history of Greece, and about the specific places he took us. Manors was also a great driver and it was helpful that he had a map of Greece in his dashboard so he could point out specific places on a map while speaking. He took some great photos for us as well. Over all, I would highly recommend this tour to anyone and also recommend our tour guide Manors.

Wonderful day - Eirini was warm and gracious and a well informed guide who took good care of us, especially since my mum is a senior with mobility issues. It was a holiday and we weren’t keen on wine so she adjusted and we visited Corinth and Mycenae instead. A lovely time and a great local’s view on history and being Greek.

A great day of touring with a private driver! - Our driver, George arrived on time in front of our hotel. He is a personable and friendly young man who is very knowledgeable about the history of the country and the local sights. He recommended the perfect spot for lunch! It was such a pleasure to have our own private driver for the day!

A lovely excursion outside of the city - We thoroughly enjoyed our day going to Napflio. Our guide, Manos, was extremely attentive and made sure all of our needs were met. He explained Greek history very well to us and gave us a better understanding.
I especially enjoyed seeing the Corinth canal which is an engineering marvel. The visit at the winery was especially lovely and the wines were delicious. The only thing I would suggest changing in the tour is the order of stops. I would stop at the winery after lunch on the way back to Athens. We would highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Athens as it is a lovely excursion outside of the city. it was such a relaxing and enjoyable day.
