Fantastic tour! Amazing staff! Clean and safe boat! - This tour was excellent and well worth the money. We booked the tour via our hotel. The van picked us up on time at 7:30. It was a very comfortable mini van with leather captain seats. We arrived at the marina at around 8:30-9:00. Staff was very organized and directed the group into a nice lounger where food and drinks were available. They provided motion sickness medication for those who need it. Washrooms at the marina are very clean. Outside shoes are not allowed on the boat, so you can go barefoot or buy the water shoes they have available for purchase for 400 baht. Buy the water shoes. The swimming area does have rocks that can cut your feet. Gam and his assistant were amazing. They are very fluent in English and communication was easy. Gam explained safety protocol and special features of each place we visited. There were 3 boat crew as well who worked very diligently. The speed boat was brand new and fit 34 large bodied tourists. The staff ensured that everyone wore their life jackets for the 1 hour boat ride to the islands. This boat was much nicer than other boat tours that we saw doing tours that day. Staff had the boat spotless. Very clean. The staff provided individually packaged cakes, fruits, water, and soda throughout the day. The buffet lunch was tasty bit selection was limited. Perfectly good for an included lunch. Staff provided new mouthpieces to attach to the snorkeling mask. This was MUCH appreciated. The masks appeared to be rather new and clean. Lots of fish to be seen. We saw moneys at the Monkey island. I appreciated that staff asked us not to feed the monkeys so that they retained their natural behaviour and did not rely on tourists for food. Staff worked their butts off. A tip box was put out at the end of the day but they were not pushy about it. With that said, the staff absolutely deserved tips. They worked hard all day and were so accommodating. I definitely recommend this tour company.

Amazing Adventure - I did the Phi Phi Island Bamboo trip and it was the most incredible experience I've had. The trip itself was amazing. Bella was an incredible host. She remembered everyone's name and made sure everyone was included in everything 10/10. I would only do tours with Sawanu next time I go back to Thailand

Fantastic day out ob new Speedboat Catamaran with Mr Tee - A real highlight of our holiday on the James Bond Island Trip ! The boat was new , exceptionally clean and Mr Tee the guide was just fabulous,he was knowledgeable & great fun. So many great experiences and views in the day , canoeing was awesome and lunch at the village despite my concerns was lovely. It is really the crew and all the little extras that made it so special though , bananas, watermelon , cakes & water & a great laugh. Go with this company you will not be sorry !!

Outstanding Crew & day to remember YET few points to note! - Overall great day out with beautiful scenery. Boat is spacious, stable while fast commuting and crew are outstanding. You get served snacks, lunch on island was good and all the way the staff are keen on making you happy. I didnt like the boat design, you have to stay for almost 3 hours with zero view while this is the purpose of the trip, the sides are high so you can’t barely see anything and you can’t move to the upper deck for safe reasons. That’s a turn off!

The People That Make It! - So many operators in a very organised and relatively similar tourist ecosystem in Phuket, so I feel the clincher and differentiator are the tour guides; the human face of the trips... and in this respect I felt we had the BEST experience with Sawanu Travels because of their guides BELLA AND WAI WAI. They were funny, kind and gentle with the children too and my 7yr old daughter Vira preferred to go snorkelling with them, rather than ME!! In fact, she has christened her new toy Bella! They made the trip so enjoyable that it overshadowed the awful tourist onslaught of Maya Bay... that stop can be avoided... unless you are hell bent at going there to join the hordes on the beach to take that one photo that you were there (which we also did! Tho the pictures look idyllic with no other tourists, believe me they're there!) Everything else (ALL other stops) were enjoyable even though there are smatterings of tourists everywhere. Food, snacks etc are all well thought out. The itinerary was also good to give one a feel of the peaceful magic of the islands... and the mayhem of the movie crazy tourists of Maya Bay!

Join hundreds of people go look at a beach. - This is the worst tour I have ever done. First problem was the boat. We could not look out the windows at all as they were too high. To see the scenery we stood up. The railing on the deck is about thigh height so dangerous. There is an upper deck again with low rails and no seating so people sat on the deck to have the bbq. When we got off to go and look at The Beach [that's right we are only allowed to look], there hundreds and hundreds of people getting off or on the boats. It was awful. I love snorkling but I am not going to snorkel with oodles of other people . If they couldn't swim they were told to put on a life jacket and jump in. People who had never snorkeled before enjoyed it . I think Thailand is ruining its tourism as fast as it can.
