- Minimum age three (3) years
- No babies allowed
- In winter, the tuk tuks have protective layers against rain and wind, and blankets to keep you warm.
- In case of client’s delay, the activity will be reduced according to the time lost, which may cause a change in the fixed route. The activity will be cancelled if the delay is more than 15 minutes and the amount paid will not be refunded.
- Tour itinerary may vary due to street closures or demonstrations on the day of the tour.
- Tuk tuks are booked privately, and the price is fixed according to the number of tuk tuks required for the group, the legal maximum being 6 passengers per tuk tuk.
- Tuk tuks do not have a trunk, so it is not possible to carry child seats, wheelchairs, suitcases or large packages.
- For security reasons, no pets or animals are allowed.
- Tours are conducted in rain or heat and can only be cancelled under extreme conditions.

A great way to see Lisbon - Brilliant 4 hour tour with Carolina around Lisbon with Carolina. She was so lovely and kept us entertained with lots of information about Lisbon. Tour tailored to what we wanted to see. It's a great way to see Lisbon when you have a tight schedule

Lisbon - Carolina was amazing! As a solo traveler she provided a tour filled with conversation/along with all the history and sharing amazing stories of each site! This is the only way to see all the sites of Lisbon!

Perfect introduction to Lisbon - Our family of 5 with 3 kids ranging 10 to 14 had a lovely guide Silvia, who patiently took the time to explain the history behind so many historical sites of Lisbon. It was a brilliant way to see so much of Lisbon in a short space of time in the summer heat. Thank you Silvia, for all your recommendations!

Dimiz was awesome, this is the best way to see Lisbon!! - Dimiz was incredibly good and very very fluent in English. Not only he was an expert and showed us almost everything in Lisbon bit was very knowledgeable about Portuguese history in Portugal and their previous colonies.
He was very flexible and understood what areas we would like to spend more time at with our young kids and gave his recommendations for next few days stay here.
We did hop on and hop off in Barcelona, however, this was 10000 times better as it was very personalized for us. This is how you should see Lisbon and ask for Dimiz!!

Great experience with tour guide Riccardo, 4 hours fly by - We booked the 4-hour tour and were absolutely delighted.
You drive around 30 km across Lisbon at about 15 km/h and can take in the city.
Our tour guide was Riccardo, a young Portuguese who knows his city very well and speaks very good English.
Also the TukTuk was a very new vehicle - electrically powered!
It is actually required by law that the TukTuk must be electrically powered, yet many old models with combustion engines drive around the city.
There are also many tour guides who speak neither good Portuguese nor good English and also know little about Lisbon.
We were very lucky with Riccardo and can recommend the tour operator "Sardinha do Bairro "
Riccardo also used a headset with a loudspeaker (unlike) many other tour guides, so we could always understand him well at the back during the ride and possibly with road noise

Excellent tour! Greta way to get a quick overview of Lisbon - Eliana (I’m sure I am misspelling her name) was our tour guide and did an excellent job. We took the TukTuK tour a few hours after arriving in Lisbon as we thought it would be a good way to quickly see the city before deciding which areas to explore further. She gave us a lot of historical background of each of the areas that we went to. We stopped at a number of spots where we were able to take pictures and explore the area on foot before heading back to the TikTok to continue the tour.
I would highly recommend this tour and also highly recommend Eliana as your guide!

Great way to get a quick overview of Lisbon - Eliana was our tour guide and she did a good job. She was very friendly and pointed out many of the key historic element of Lisbon as well. The TukTuk tour is a great way to get a quick overview of the e city and then figure out which places you want to explore in more depth.
Only issue that we had was that it was very hot that day and the TukTuk does not really provide that much shade. While there is a canopy on the TukTuK it is transparent so the sun comes through.
