Definitely a must try! - I had an amazing experience. Very awesome view and reception was great as well. I really wished we were given the chance to take pictures before the balloon was deflated.

Great experience - Very nice experience. Very nice people, the pilot is very nice and made us jokes that took away the stress of fear of heights.

Bucket List trip - It was such a surreal journey, so still and calm with stunning views of The Atlas Mountains. Lovely efficient friendly staff. The breakfast afterwards was delicious.

Amazing Experience !! - This is an absolutely amazing experience, everything was so well organised from pick up to the welcome breakfast to seeing the balloons being set up, the pilot was just great aswell If you are in Marrakech this is a must do !

Sunrise views - Spectacular sunrise hot air balloon ride! Our navigator was amazing and had some jokes and tips about taking some amazing pictures. Dress warmly for the early morning cool weather, but be ready to be amazed with the views.

Hot air balloon ride Marrakesh - Despite ‘transfers’ being included within the overall charge for the hot air balloon experience, we were charged an additional €20 per person by the tour operator as our hotel was just outside of Marrakesh - this was an unexpected addition, with no mention in the terms & conditions (when booking with Viator), so slightly frustrating, especially as the tour operator only wanted cash (they eventually took a card payment when there was no other option as I wasn’t travelling with cash!). This detracted from the trip, however the actual hot air balloon ride & the Berber breakfast were great! The balloon pilot was very friendly & the Berber breakfast was fantastic, authentic with warm & friendly locals. Despite the additional hidden charges I would recommend this trip!

Average, overpriced and hassle - Firstly, due to food poisoning sickness from our hotel we couldn't go on the trip the day we booked for. We let the company know as soon as I was sick via WhatsApp and via the booking messaging, asking to reschedule. The process was a nightmare. Viator couldn't rearrange with the provider and the provider wasn't willing to help at the start get us booked back on. We requested, because the illness was unexpected if could we rearrange the date but they said no, and no to refund. After a few days of trying to contact the company directly and no response, the day before we flew home we had a call from them and we managed to get booked back on the trip but had to pay half the price we had already paid before which was frustrating and more money out of pocket for an unpredicted illness. But we didn't want to not do the experience so paid the fee. The pilot was very funny and friendly. I feel 7am is far to late to set off. We didn't go up with any other balloons and because our driver was so late, everything was such a rush. The experience in the sky was lovely and views were great. Breakfast after was traditional and tasted okay. I think it's a little over priced for what it is, but a good experience to have done.
