Your professional driver will meet you in the arrival terminal holding a sign with your name. Driver will assist you with your luggage, settle you into your seat and let you sit back and relax during your private drive to your hotel or cruise ship terminal.
For a group of one to three people you will be transferred by a sedan. For groups starting from four and up, you will be serviced by minivan.
You don’t need to be concerned if your flight is running late. Our Operations Team will monitor flight arrival time and dispatch your driver accordingly.
Please provide us with your mobile phone number in order to contact you if the driver can’t find you at the expected pickup time.

We had the same driver... - We had the same driver for our trips to the airport. He was a good driver and friendly. He also gave us some suggestions regarding a restaurant, which was great.

Don’t use for private transfers! - This is a complaint above the scheduling office. They INSISTED (and NOT pleasantly) that we be picked up on 22 April at 5:30am for a 1 pm departure flight
THEN on 26 April would only pick up at 6 am for an international flight boarding (my husband needed wheelchair assistance) at 8:15am
THEN despite being told we were on Delta- dropped us off at check in A for Quanta’s forcing us to walk all the way to H for delta
as a result my husband became short of breath
I would NOT do a private transfer with Go Sydney

Watch the extras - Did not tell us about the extra expenses until we got into the car. We had to pay extra on going across the Sydney bridge from downtown. I told the representative how much luggage we had and we had to pay exact for over amount which she did not tell us. Accidentally, the transportation was big enough. We were only going to get a car, which was not going to be enough, but because of a cancellation we got a van. Be careful ask about extra expenses. Turned out to be expensive

Communication Lacking - Communication was lacking. We arrived to the airport and no one was there to greet us or direct us. Being new to the country, I followed signs that indicated transportation pickup because our driver was no where to be found, only to end up on the other side of the airport lost and confused. Our driver finally texted and called after 20 minutes, we had already been off the plane and gone through customs. It was a horrible experience. The driver was nice, but the experience was not the best.

A living nightmare - This was the worst experience I've ever had. We had paid reservations to take us from the Sydney airport to the cruise ship. We were told someone would be there holding a sign. No one was there. An airport employee assisted us by calling them. A van finally came to get us. While in route, the office called to inform us that we had to pay again or they would tell the driver to take us back to the airport and we would have to find another way to get to the ship. We were in a foreign country.
so we paid again. Returning to the airport after the cruise was not much better. No specific place was given to meet them and there were no identifying names on the white van. So trying to find it was a real hassle.
This was a nightmare that I would not want to repeat. So beware if you do business with this company.
