makes transportation from Airport to Hotel more convenient. - I was nice to have someone waiting right outside the baggage claim/ aduanas. made this first time visitor to Mexico City feel at ease.

Best Way to Get There From Here - Alcides, our driver, contacted me via WhatsApp prior to our arrival in Mexico City. Our mutual online translators helped us wade through the slight language issues. We easily located him outside the airport; he had our name printed in a large font on his iPad to hold up. Next he guided us and our luggage (he helped with that) to his large vehicle, loaded the luggage, then safely drove us to our hotel in downtown Mexico City, even maneuvering around a fatal crash scene. :-( We could not have asked for more! Yet another outstanding "Viator experience"!! Thank you!

Airport ride - Since we had significant delay at the Mexico City International Airport for delivering our luggage. Our driver was patient and very polite. Our ride to hotel was very smooth and comfortable.

Easy and quick airport transfer - Gerardo was very friendly and professional, and navigated the heavy Mexico City traffic with ease. He made it easy for us to find him at the airport by sending a photo of his car and messaging with us on WhatsApp.

Good transport option from airport - Good communication regarding pickup.. Appreciated the photo of my name near flight info board to locate driver.. Only downside was that there was no water bottles for us in the vehicle

never again - They never showed up to pick us up from the airport. I had to pay for a uber to get to my hotel.
I looked fr them for 1 hours after getting out of customs. No pick up.
