Round trip to 2 different airports - Picked up our family of six at Newark airport and returned us 4 days later to Teterboro airport. I was nervous about booking an unkown company in NYC but it was TERRIFIC service. Both drivers kept in constant communication with us, were friendly, professional and on time. The SUV was comfortable and clean. We were impressed with the service and will definitely recommend them to friends when they are in NYC. I particularly like that Jet Black provided the drivers' phone numbers so we never felt 'on our own'. Thank you Xinwei and Ahmed, the drivers. Rates were very reasonable for NYC.

A very good experience - Had this trip booked for pickup at hotel to go to EWR to make sure we have room for 6 people and 6 pieces of luggage. Our flight got canceled and had to rebook for next day out of different airport. They were accommodating. The driver, Ahmed, was great. He arrived 20 minutes early and waited patiently for us and the Cadillac Escalade was very nice, clean, and comfortable. Overall a great experience

We got to destination. - Good news. We got where we were going. On the other hand, we had to wait about 20 minutes for the driver. Car was okay, comfortable, but top shelf. Engine died coming out of tunnel, but he got it restarted after short delay. The driver was super nice and helpful.
