Osaka walking tour - This is a nice tour of Osaka to see the highlights and get a good over view of the city. My guide, Rio, was extremely nice and spoke excellent English. She could not have been nicer or more welcoming. Food stop included in the tour was interesting as well. I definitely recommend this half day tour.

The Raw Reality of How Japan ACTUALLY is Tour - My guide was VERY passionate and knowledgeable about Japan. He mentioned not only the fun tourist side, but also the real darker side of Japan (that all countries have) that most are oblivious to. I appreciate the honesty and full tour highlighting ALL aspects of Japan. While most other tours just glorify Japan, this one appreciates Japan as well as shares a UNIQUE angle in its tour which I think is CRUCIAL to understanding Japan as a whole. The tour route correlated with the information spoken by the tour guide; such as ‘Hikiomori’, and the homeless district. Overall, this was the best most unique & intriguing tour I had in Japan.

Amazing tour and experience around Osaka - Our tour around Osaka was an incredible experience! Tomohiro, our guide, made it even more memorable. He has a deep knowledge of the city's history and culture and his engaging personality, truly brought Osaka to life for us. Highly recommended!

Unforgettable Solo Tour of Osaka with Tomo! - As a solo traveler exploring Osaka, I decided to join the tours provided by GuideMejapan, as I went on their Kyoto tour the day before. Both the Kyoto and Osaka turned out to be one of the best decisions I made on my trip. From the very start, Tomo’s friendly and welcoming demeanor put me at ease. His excellent English made communication effortless, and he ensured that everyone in the group, including myself, felt included and engaged. His enthusiasm for the city was contagious, and it was clear that he had a deep passion for sharing Osaka’s rich history and culture. I especially liked the Okonomiyaky that we tasted during the tour. He also recommended places to eat afterward.

Osaka tour with Kanji - We loved this tour! Our amazing guide Kanji took us to all the best spots in Osaka! We were the only ones on the tour, so he adjusted it perfectly to our likings. We visited all the important sight seeings and even stopped for some delicious food. He told us a good amount of information about the city and sightseeings, but didn’t overwhelm us with too much information, it was perfect this way. We learned so much about the history and the Japanese lifestyle. Kanji had a good walking pace (that was really doable in the heat), stopped at the best photo spots and made sure we were all doing well, keeping us hydrated and letting us stand in the shade where possible. And not to forget, Kanji was a really nice guy speaking incredibly good and understandable English (which isn’t always the case in Japan). We had so much fun on this tour with him and would definitely recommend this tour with him!
